The plan is to call these guys using Speech-To-Speech Relay, a service for hearing and speech impaired individuals where an operator repeats word for word anything you say to the person on the other line. Four amazing prank calls ensue, including one so strange, a man doing a Tony Soprano impression starts having phone sex with Jesse while the "operator" listens!
