Sarah loves the exquisite nature of subtle energy, and believe deeply in the healing power of heart-based attention and emotional attunement. In her experience there is an emergent quality of being that can heal all things, and by heal, I mean to bring into right relationship, to embody one’s true nature, all the way from the level of soul to the physical expression of self. That emergence begins with listening, and from that place of attention and receptivity, attunement naturally arises. It is her intention to journey with you into all of the places that healing calls and bring them into vibrational resonance and alignment. With the light of awareness may our precious bodies sing uninhibited and full of love.

  • 225: Back From The Sabbatical And What We Learned About It
We're excited to be back after over a month on a sabbatical. While most people spent the last month working really hard trying to figure out how to make things happen, we decided to trust our selves and take the time off we felt we needed.
This wasn't a typical time off to plan for the future, we decided to let go of the business completely. And this was scary at first! A lot of uncertainty and it was even hard for the first couple of days to not spend time in the business.
However, as the days went by and we started to tap into our meditations and surrendering practices, a couple of mindbending things started happening.
This experiment turned out to be one of the best decisions we've made. By trusting our intuition and stepping further into alignment, we've come out of this time clearer than ever on what the future looks like.
We're happy to be back and now we're happy to share with you the biggest insights from the downtime along with a special announcement in today's brand new episode of the podcast.

How To Develop a Fearless Mindset: Episode 222 with Peter Scott
In this week's episode of the Personal Development Without The Fluff podcast, we're excited to have an amazing conversation with the author, entrepreneur, and mindset coach Peter Scott around how to create a fearless mindset and reach your goals and dreams in life.
“My purpose and mission is to shift the way humanity experiences fear so that it no longer stops us” - Peter Scott
Wow! We're so excited to bring you this amazing conversation with Peter Scott, his story is incredible.
Peter's life was surrounded by fear and already at 10 years old he was no longer feeling safe living with mom because of her severe alcoholism. Telling his mother the truth was incredibly scary because it meant losing her love and approval

Peter decided that he would not let fear stop in him. He took a bold decision and left the investment banking job to pursue a dream of his: mindset coaching.
With his back against the wall, all the boats burned and all in he managed to turn things around and is today a six-figure business owner who helps people conquer their fears and go after their dreams.
If you're an entrepreneur, coach, or just want to get inspired to go after your dreams: then today's episode will blow your mind!

  • 217: The Pace Of Healing and New Ways to Perceive Well-Being
The New Ways to Perceive Well Being: Episode 217 with Guy & Ilan FerdmanIn today's episode of the Personal Development Without The Fluff podcast, we're having a conversation around the pace of healing and the new ways to perceive well-being as we challenge the status quo and share our experiences of healing the body from a spiritual perspective.
"Everything happens for you and through you instead of to you - which puts you in responsibility rather than victimhood mentality" - Ilan Ferdman
Is it really a good idea to take pills when we have a normal fever?
Does that action that we normally take, the frantic energy of ‘gotta get it done and out’... does that really serve?
Are you getting the results that you want because of that?
Are you moving towards more alignment in your life because of it?
We're coming at this with a slightly different twist on what you may be used to hearing on this topic
And while we're not claiming to be medical doctors (because we're not) and that you should obviously do your own research, we've got a ton of experiences on the area of natural healing that we'd love to share with you guys.
It's so easy to focus on what's happening right in front of us when you're in pain. But how can we actually shift that into state of being?
"If you can manage the pain and live with it, don’t take drugs. Because the body will heal a lot faster without it " - Ilan Ferdman
