  • 66: Your Perception is What’s Causing Your Stress
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/66 For everything that you think and do, there’s feedback. Look for it. (click to tweet) Every day you are faced with challenges. It may be a boss you find annoying, or the laugh of a woman in a restaurant that bothers you. When you end up getting upset, you need to realize that it’s not them - it’s you. They aren’t out to upset you, you are doing it to yourself. Even if your boss seems like a jerk, there’s something behind that. Maybe they need more work out of people because their boss is breathing down their neck. That obnoxious woman in the restaurant is just trying to have a good time with her friends. In the end you make up stories. You think your boss is out to make your life miserable. You think the woman is obnoxious and doesn’t care about anyone around. These stories we make up are what upset us and stress us out. You need to take a moment to realize the stories aren’t true. When you get upset, take a step back. Think about what you are feeling, and why you feel that way. You may come to find these feelings are triggered by something in your past you just haven’t let go of yet. On this episode of Have It All Guy and Ilan discuss situations they’ve found themselves in. They analyze ways in which stress has come up, and how the world has been giving them feedback that could have easily been missed by most people. Download this episode today to see how you can take steps to change your story and start to release your anxiety. The moment your mood deteriorates, the circumstances around you start deteriorating as well. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: Where something’s not working is where play doesn’t exist. Stress is created by an expectation unfulfilled. For everything that you think and do, there is feedback. We can’t make up a story for when something goes wrong. If you’re upset, it’s not new. It’s stem from an old upset. Don’t hang on to negativity, let it flow through you. When you find yourself upset, step back and analyze why you perceive things that way. Everyone perceives someone a certain way, and we lose the other story that’s being told. It’s difficult to transform personal situations when you’re only care is of yourself. Be aware of the impact you have on people. You’re the one causing your stress. (click to tweet) Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/66

  • 65: Your Mind Wants You To Fail
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/65 You need to keep your promises to yourself. (click to tweet) We all make commitments to ourselves. We say we are going to go to the gym, eat better, work on more personal projects, whatever. Then when the time comes we end up making an excuse. Our day was too long, or we have to get up early the next day, and in the end it’s just our minds trying to be lazy. Every time you give in to an excuse, your mind will find ways to come up with more excuses. Your subconscious wants you to stay home and watch Netflix. Why? Because it’s safe. You have to be accountable for your promises. If you want to be successful at something, you have to force yourself to stick to it. The only way to build a successful habit is to make sure you do it no matter what. Don’t feel like you have to do it alone, though. It’s perfectly acceptable to find an accountability partner, or even an accountability group. For example, Guy is a part of a group on Facebook of 35 people who are all there to help and support each other. There’s no reason you have to feel like you are doing it alone - but know that you do have to do it if you want the results. On this episode of Have It All we explore the ways our subconscious tries to hold us back. Download this episode now and learn what you can do to start training yourself for success. Success habits are habits you do no matter what. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: As a parent you have to abide by what you say. You need to abide by your own promises to yourself. It’s important to have accountability partners and communities. If you want to step into a new reality, you have to commit to that reality. The way you honor your commitment reflects who you are to others. Your conscious is programming your subconscious. If you let excuses stop you from doing something, your mind will make more excuses. Success habits are habits you do no matter what. Consider where you are selling out on your commitments. The mind will always try to be lazy. Take responsibility when you don’t fulfill your commitments. People typically don’t contradict you to be malicious. Explore a situation from the other person’s point of view. Take responsibility when you don’t fulfill your commitments. (click to tweet) Links: Satori Prime App Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/65

  • 64: Jim Benson: Your To Do Lists Are Ruining Your Productivity pt 2
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/64 “Human being’s can’t actually plan.” - Jim Benson (click to tweet) By nature we are not just visual beings, but we are also physical beings. By that I mean we actually need physical movement in order to really remember things. For example if write something down - physically write it not just type it - we are 78% more likely to finish that project. When we type something we forget about it almost instantly, and it’s rare takes we type out are completed if it’s not staring us in the face all day. Physical movement doesn’t just help our memories, it can really help our success rate as well. Instead of writing goals down in a notebook make a board. Divide it into three columns: Going to do, Doing, and Completed. Write down your goals on a post it and place them in the going to do column. As you complete them, move the post it over to the next column. As easy as it sounds, that physical movement will help you achieve more goals than if you simply wrote them down in a notebook. Seriously, try it. On this episode of Have It All we are joined again by the efficiency expert Jim Benson. Jim shares with us not just how we can be efficient, but how we can teach our children to be more goal oriented as well. We know that childhood is an important time to start teaching important habits and ingraining it into them so they have a successful adulthood. Download this episode today to learn how you can not only get yourself on a more successful path, but also your children. “We all have stuff to do, we all have to do it, and then we all need to take credit for it and be reminded when it’s completed.” - Jim Benson (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: If you physically write down a goal you are 78% more likely to finish that goal. When you type something you are less likely to remember that you wrote it. We can plan on the macro things, but have a hard time focusing on the micro things. Don’t blame other things for your failure and reward yourself for the success. Always break down your tasks into small, easy to do projects. Prematurely commit yourself to the small decisions. A concept is easy to complain about, but the sight of it makes people take action. Give up on being productive and start being effective. If overwork without breaks you also dehydrate yourself and don’t get enough exercise. “When we over work we don’t hydrate or get exercise, and science is showing this is a cause in the rise of Alzheimer’s.” -Jim Benson (click to tweet)   Links: Jim’s Book Jim’s Website Jim’s Twitter Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/64

  • 63: Jim Benson: Your To Do Lists Are Ruining Your Productivity pt 1
    Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/63
“To do lists… Spawns of the devil.” - Jim Benson (click to tweet) Everyone wants to be productive. We like to get as many things as we can done in a day. It makes us feel better, and it feels like we’ve accomplished something. Unfortunately that’s not always the case. When it comes down to it, productivity is making us less efficient. We end up putting off bigger projects to accomplish smaller tasks.
Don’t look at it as if you need to be productive. You need to be efficient. That to do list that’s a mile long is slowing you down, not helping you achieve your goals. If you really want to be successful, don’t  just try to get things done. Try to get the right things done. Look at what’s important, prioritize those, and get rid of the rest of your list. Don’t try to do more than three things in a day. You’re going to get overwhelmed, and end up putting it all off. On this episode of Have It All we are joined by a very special guest, Jim Benson. Jim has mastered efficiency in a world where we are surrounded by distractions, and a world where we end up slowing ourselves down. We discuss how to be more efficient, the truth behind multitasking, and how to take a team and make them as valuable as possible. Download this episode today to learn how you can start achieving your goals faster than ever before! “We are utterly gifted at starting things, and we utterly suck at finishing things.” - Jim Benson (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: Even the best professionals work on more than they should be. Don’t create to do lists, they will make your feel overwhelmed. Don’t try to be productive, try to be effective. Your brain releases dopamine when you finish things. Don’t make promises for people, break them, then blame other people. Don’t try to be productive, try to be effective. Limit your list, do just 3 things a day. No one is actually good at multitasking, even if they believe they are. Context switching is different than multitasking. With multitasking and context switching, we are only 8% effective. You will burn out instantly if you try to do 8 hours of constant focus. You need breaks for your brain to relax and repair. Work for 25 minutes, rest for 5 minutes. You can’t finish everything all the time. Make sure your goals aren’t too big - split them into smaller workflow. When we start a task, we don’t stop thinking about that task. “You can’t do more work that you can handle. You can’t multitask (sorry).” - Jim Benson (click to tweet) Links: Jim’s Book Jim’s Website Jim’s Twitter Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/63

  • 62: Steve Sisler Behavioral Profiler pt 2
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/62 “Courage is not the absence of fear, it’s the absence of self.” -Steve Sisler (click to tweet) We all want to be unique, and we all want to be special. Although that’s true, people are also very predictable. In fact, so much so that there can be a math equation created for you that will help identify you as a person, both good and bad. This equation has been used to predict the type of car you drive, or what terrible things may have happened to you when you were ten. This equation isn’t something just anyone can master though, it’s something behavioural profilers use to determine problem areas in your life and help you get you back on track. On this episode of Have It All we are joined by one of the top behavioural profilers, Steve Sisler. Steve came up with his own system and is incredibly accurate at telling someone’s life story based on numbers. It sounds crazy, but you have to listen to this episode to understand. Download this episode today and learn more about yourself, as well as the people around you. “You don’t want win because you love to win. You want to win because you hate losing.” -Steve Sisler (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: There are math equations for human beings. You give off a lot of telltale signs about yourself without realizing it. Your environment affects your mentality and survival skills. Some people need problems and chaos. People behave in accordance with how we believe. We don’t see people as how they are, we see them as how we are. Impatience is a sign of flexibility. Most entrepreneurs are impatient. Some people don’t value their time, and aren’t real entrepreneurs. If you get hit by a bus today and your business is gone tomorrow, you’re not an entrepreneur. We try to fix the problems at hand, not the emotions that cause those problems. The fear of loss creates gain. Embrace your weaknesses. • 60: Want a Better Life? Then Take Responsibility
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/60   Our brains natural see the negative. It’s a protection mechanism. (click to tweet) Since the beginning of time man has pushed blame. Even in the oldest story in The Bible, Adam and Eve, the moment God discovered they were not naked Adam blamed Eve. Then Eve blamed the snake. We need to stop blaming other things for our lives. Take responsibility for the world around you. Anyone can play the victim, but all it does is put you in a helpless mentality. Yes, there are things that have happened out of your control. What you are responsible is how you perceive what’s happened. It’s how you view the events that unfold that you are in control of. You can either sit back and pity yourself, or you can let it empower you. Things happen to us for a reason. Use it as a stepping stone. Don’t let your situation knock you down and put you in a bad spot for the rest of your life. Instead, let it be your driving force. Let is be a way to motivate you, turn your life around, and put you on the track you want to be on. If you focus on the negative you will only find more negative situations. If you can find the love, and the positive in a situation more positive opportunities will present themselves to you. Download this episode of Have It All today and learn how you can start to take control of your world. We are all here to share greatness with the world. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: Humans are designed to see the negative. We are all put on this earth to accomplish something. You have the choice to see, moment by moment, the good. Despite beliefs, religious stories can have very positive messages. Ever since Adam and Eve people have been blaming others and not taking responsibility. When you point a finger at something, three more are pointing back at you. Can you live from a place where you are responsible for it all? The only thing you can be responsible for is what’s inside of yourself. You get to say how the world shows up to you. You have control over the way you react, and the way you view things. Do you think the way you look at something alters the way it truly is? The observer has an influence on the environment. The mind has the power of willing things into existence. Do you want to will a positive or negative reality? Take 100% responsibility for the world that is showing up from your thoughts. Stop looking for things to blame for your situation, and take responsibility. (click to tweet)   SatoriPrime.com/60

  • 59: Wayne Dyer: My Real Life Shaya Story
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/59 “Your creation is your is your reality.” -Wayne Dyer (click to tweet) Wayne Dyer was a very special individual. When he passed away in 2015, the world lost something truly special. He was always able to bring out the best in people, and showed what love truly is. It’s easy to show love when it’s expected. What’s truly magical is when you show love when it’s not. You always have the choice to give love. You can give it to friends, family, and especially strangers. It may sound weird to give strangers love, but it’s not. It’s really not. Most people feel a need to be standoffish when it comes to strangers, or someone who is different. We find reasons to ridicule, insult, and keep away. It’s a protection method we developed when we were barbaric, and everything was trying to kill us. Today this isn’t needed. Embrace the world around you. It’s not going to kill you. Show it, and everyone in it love every moment that you can. You’ll be amazed at how wonderful the world becomes, and how many beautiful opportunities come into your life that wouldn’t have otherwise. On this episode of Have It All Ilan reads Wayne Dyers story Where is God’s Perfection? It’s a beautiful and inspirational story about young boys giving love to a disabled child who just wanted to play baseball. Download this episode with tissues near by, and be prepared to feel something deep. Wayne Dyer had the ability to bring out the best in humans. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: We all have the ability to give up winning for the better of humanity. Wayne Dyer was able to bring out the best in humans. Love is the answer to everything. It feels good to feel something deeply. When humans love and are kind to each other when they don’t have to be, that’s truly magical. We all have the ability to make the choice to give love to anyone and everyone, even when we don’t have to. Love is the answer to everything. • 58: Marci Lock: Don’t Fight the Darkness.
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/58 “Can you love everything?” -Marci Lock (click to tweet) It’s easy to run from your emotions. When things start to feel tough, the simplest thing to do is hide. People are afraid of the darkness because they are afraid of the unknown. They are worried that it will consume them. It won’t. You need to embrace the darkness. Embrace negativity, bad feelings, and don’t run. If you run from it it will always be there, waiting. Instead accept it. Enter the darkness and you will find that, like a child afraid of the monster under the bed, there’s nothing bad there. There’s only lessons to learn, and you’ll come out the other side even stronger. On this episode of Have It All, Marci Lock joins Guy once again. Marci is an amazing mentor that’s found balance in all aspects of her life, which has made her a mentor worth a million dollars a person. We are fortunate enough to have her back on the show to give great insights, so don’t miss this opportunity! Download this episode today to hear ways you can find balance in your life, and unlock potentials in every aspect you didn’t know you were capable of. “Everything is just love. Everything is just feedback.” -Marci Lock (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: Be open to new experiences without worrying about what other people say. Don’t let other people’s experiences influence your own. Expectations will go unfulfilled - if you have them. Any moment could be your last, don’t let that hold you back. There are some things no language can ever teach you. People may not be able to relate to your experiences, but they can relate to your emotions. Don’t use outside sources, like food, to distract yourself. Stop fighting your emotions and identity, it’s holding you back. Treat everything in life like you would treat a relationship. Surrender doesn’t meant giving up, it means acceptance. The blessings that came quick often turn into curses. Have nothing but gratitude, even when there’s pain. Nothing is guaranteed. You need to have integrity at every level, not just business. Always find the opportunity to discover. You aren’t your thoughts. Live consciously, don’t react subconsciously. If you don’t declare it, it will never happen. Don’t suppress your wishes, declare them. Your body is receiving sensations constantly. “Until you jump in the water, you’re not a swimmer.” -Marci Lock (click to tweet) Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/58

Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/57 “I don’t want people’s money. I want people’s mindshare.” - Nathan Latka (click to tweet)
If you beg people for money, that’s all you’ll get. They will have over the cash, and you’ll take it and chances are burn right through it. Without knowledge, money is worthless. It won’t get you ahead in life.
If you want to get ahead you need knowledge.
You also need people’s help, and support. There’s simply no way you can do it all yourself. One of the best ways to get people to help you is by having them take you under their wing and coach you.
The best way to get help is by asking questions. You can even ask questions you know the answers to, and it’s ok to play ignorant from time to time. The more someone feels like they have helped you by giving you knowledge, the more they are going to care about your success.
On this episode of Have It All we are joined by Nathan Latka. Nathan is a young entrepreneur who has learned more about the technical and social side of business than most people twice his age. He’s learned that if you care more about people’s mindshares you’ll be far better off in the long run.

The Cliff Notes: Every human is their own object, and money is something that we come into contact with.
The way you get ahead is to get people’s mindshare not their money.
Ask questions you already know the answers to.
People like to invest in those that are the most ignorant.
Nathan has raised millions by playing dumb.
You have to selectively choose when it’s appropriate to play ignorant.
