  • 56: Wayne Dyer: You Have to Face the Darkness
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/56 “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” - Wayne Dyer (click to tweet) So many people feel like they are a victim of their circumstance. They feel helpless, and try to fight back at whatever life gives them. Sometimes they try to escape, other times they try to stand their ground. Either way resistance only leads to more push from the world. Instead of trying to fight, try to accept and understand the circumstance you are in. Let it into your life, and find a way to love it. Find the lesson in it, and you’ll end up moving into a new phase of life even sooner. On this episode of Have It All Ilan analyzes a short video by Wayne Dyer. Wayne was an incredibly knowledgeable man as well as an amazing author and speaker. Unfortunately Wayne passed away in 2015, but left us a lot of lessons we should all be taking advantage of. Download this episode today to hear how a shift of perspective can make the world of difference in your life. Don’t ask, “Why me?” Ask, “What is this here to teach me?” (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: The way you see the world is what you will bring into your life. We often don’t take responsibility for our lives. Spirituality isn’t meant to be easy. Life is always going to come at you, and sometimes it’s really painful. The one thing you can control is your situation, and how you react to things. You have to find a way to thank your situation. When you resist something you ask it to give more force. Don’t resist a situation, let it in and give it love. Allow yourself the moment to give the situation love. If you are looking for a shift in life, allow yourself a new perspective. We often look for a solution outside of ourselves instead of trying to find a solution internally. (click to tweet) Links: Wayne Dyer’s Talk Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/56

  • 55: Neal Donald Walsch: The Little Soul and the Sun
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/55 Take actions that not only shift your life, but also shift other people’s lives as well. (click to tweet) It’s easy to go through life on autopilot. We can believe that the people in our life was forced on us, that the situation we are in are not our fault and that we are just victims of circumstance. That’s not true. People are in your life for a reason. You chose them to be there for one reason or another. They are there to help you grow as a person. Whether they are there to lend you a hand, or create a challenge for you to overcome you need to take advantage of this. Your situation is there for a reason. We are always able to receive our goals and dreams, but they will never come to us the way we expect them to. They come when we are ready to receive them, and they will show themselves in ways we could never have dreamed. Take everything that comes into your life as an opportunity. Let it empower you. Don’t let it hold you back. On this episode of Have It All, Ilan reads and analyzes The Little Soul and the Sun by Neal Donald Walsch. Download this episode to hear the power of literature, and wake up to the world of angels you are surrounded by. Everyone in your life you called into your life for a reason. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: Everyone shows up in our lives for a reason. The world sends you opportunities, but not in ways you want or expect. We all have the gift of being the light in a room. Someone watching an act of kindness will have the same emotional and chemical reaction in the brain as someone doing the act. Your actions do have an impact on everyone around - even the simple ones. See everyone around you as an angel you called into your existence. Follow things that empower your life. You constantly have opportunities to take action and be an example to others. Take it. (click to tweet) Links: The Little Soul and the Sun  Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/55

  • 54: Mark Krassner: How To Have The Healthiest, Happiest Baby Possible
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/54 “When I look at all of the people who found deep purpose in their life, it started with deep work.” - Mark Krassner (click to tweet) It’s hard to believe it, but your emotions during pregnancy can have a long lasting effect on your unborn child. Science has shown that mother experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety can end up passing emotional and physical disorders onto their children - such as ADHD and depression. Luckily research has shown that there’s a fairly simple way to fix this problem. The answer is through meditation. It’s not just something that will help the child though, proper meditation during and after the pregnancy has been proven to help with postpartum depression. Believe it or not, there’s an app for this. Expectful was created to help mothers have healthier and happier children right away. This isn’t just from an eastern philosophy or a spiritual outlook. There’s a ton of studies and science behind this. So much so that many western doctors are suggesting that expecting mothers start to meditating throughout their pregnancy - and after. On this episode of Have It All we are joined by Expectful’s creator, Mark Krassner. Mark gives great insight, not only on how an expecting mother can help her unborn child, but what it’s like to start a business from something that didn’t have much research behind it when he started. He’s changed the way science views the emotional importance of a mother and the struggles that come along with changing a society's mindset. Download this episode to learn why you can’t give up, especially when society challenges you. When there’s a suggestion it allows the mind to drop into deeper levels than it will with a command. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: High levels of stress can affect a woman’s pregnancy. Expectful is about the science behind maternal meditation, not spirituality. Western doctors are getting behind expecting women meditating. What happens emotionally with a woman can completely reprogram the child’s epigenome. Postpartum depression can be helped with meditation. Giving your mind a command isn’t as impactful as giving it a suggestion. We tend to look ten steps ahead and miss what’s right in front of us. There’s no option to stop and turn around. No matter what happens, you’re going to go through this. There’s a million times where it make more sense to quit than to keep going, but only the most successful people keep moving forward. Your level of commitment isn’t just what gets you through the tough times, it’s also what gets other people rallied in the cause. If you aren’t feeling fulfilled, you’re on the wrong path. Don’t be afraid to move on to something new. Don’t listen to what’s going on in your head, follow your feelings. The people we admire most are those who went against what people expected of them. Everyone is making a big impact by being here, one way or another. Your job here is to follow your passion. “People can feel your level of commitment to something. When you’re building something you need people to believe in you.” (click to tweet) Links: Mark’s Twitter Expectful’s Website Expectful on iTunes

  • 53: You Can’t Run From Your Emotions
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/53 All we are is awareness. (click to tweet) Emotions are complex. So much so that it can be incredibly overwhelming. Feeling happiness, anger, pain. What makes them even more confusing is that all of them can be stemmed from love. We think of love as a happy uplifting emotion. You might think of someone as being in love as being someone with a glazed look in their eyes, and a dumb smirk on their face, but that’s just one aspect. Love can cause some of the deepest pains we can possibly experience. Although it’s important to know these feelings stem from love, it’s important to know where they come from. You never experience an emotion with your entire body. Ever. You have to ask yourself where these emotions are coming from. What is causing them?
Lastly, it’s important to know that emotions aren’t you. Don’t say to yourself, “I’m depressed.” or “I’m sad.” That will just allow the emotions to consume you on a subconscious level. Tell yourself, “I feel sad.” or “I feel depressed.” You have to separate those emotions from your being. On this episode of Have It All, Guy and Ilan analyze emotions, where they come from, and how to really deal with them. Download this episode today and stop altering your situation to try and change your emotional state. Don’t try to alter your situation just to change your emotions. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: All we are is awareness. Thoughts are like clouds in the sky, they come and then disappear. Human beings are constantly dealing with things, and it can be difficult to bring yourself to a place of love. Even in your darkest of moments, there’s love there. Pain is an expression of love. Love doesn’t get destroyed, it gets transferred. The masculine approach is to “fix” something and move on, which doesn’t work with emotions. Your entirety doesn’t feel emotions, you need to find what part of you is experiencing it. Don’t try to alter your situation to avoid what you are feeling. If all the system of the body are not in alignment, you’ll never be the person you want to be. Your heart is an amazing tool, but most of us have closed hearts. Everything you want is already there - it’s waiting for you to be ready to receive it. You don’t need someone else to love you if you love yourself. You have to love yourself enough so the person you want finally shows up. Pain is also an expression of love. • 52: Creating Transformation From Any Situation
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/52 You don’t have to know the answers, just know the answers will come when they need to. (click to tweet) People naturally have their priorities out of order. We worry about what other people think, try to be “considerate” to the masses, yet ignore and deny our own needs and the needs of our loved ones. It’s common to take the masculine approach to things and “deal” with our feelings - or suppress them - so we don’t have to think about them. We really need to take those feelings and embrace them. There’s no need to feel ashamed or push them away. In fact people around us feel much more valuable when they see our vulnerable side. We are taught to suppress our feelings and appear almost robotic in our day to day lives. It’s time to stop now. Don’t be afraid to feel. Take the time to. Especially when it’s feelings we don’t want to feel. Bottling them up not only makes it worse over time, but it stops us from learning what we need to at that exact moment. We feel for a reason. We need to accept and embrace that if we want to grow. It’s not just our emotions that are suffering. It’s also the ones we care about. If someone you know is having problems, whether it’s a child, a lover, or a friend just stop for a moment. Give them empathy, talk it out, and embrace the moment. You’ll be amazed at how much stronger your bond will become, and I can guarantee you there is nothing going on in that moment that’s more important than personal needs. On this episode of Have It All, Guy and Ilan go live to talk with the community about the importance of finding your soul’s true purpose. Download this episode know, and see what you can do to get rid of those golden handcuffs and start living your life the way you want to! Everything that happens to you is an opportunity to choose. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: It’s important to practice empathy any chance you can. Everything that happens is an opportunity to choose. Always be love, support, and acceptance. We need to stop avoiding taking care of ourselves. There’s a lot of value you can get from working with other people and the relationships with them. People feel valuable when they can be there for you when you feel vulnerable. You need to sit down and feel the things you don’t want to feel in order to move on. You don’t have to know the answers, just know the answers will come when they need to. Things never show up the way that you want them to show up. If you knew the outcome before the circumstance then the impact wouldn’t be there. Golden handcuffs will rob you of what your soul’s true purpose is. If you’re willing to receive feedback, you’ll get perfect feedback. What if this is heaven? If you knew the outcome before the circumstance then the impact wouldn’t be there. • 51: My Vipassana Silent Meditation Experience
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/51 Everything in the universe has temporality to it. (click to tweet)
Have you ever wondered what it’s like to really unlock your subconscious? What it’s like to be able to sense every part of your body, in deeper ways than you’ve ever felt before? You’d be surprised at what an emotional experience something like that can be. It’s certainly something anyone can do, yet no one does. There’s so much power running through your body every day and yet so many of us take it for granted. We look at some of the greatest people in history, and think of them almost like super heroes. They weren’t, they just had access to part of themselves you probably didn’t even know existed. On this episode of Have It All Guy shares a deep spiritual moment with us. After going through an ancient ceremony known as a Vipassana, which was a 10 day silent meditation, he came through a whole new person. He was more in tune with his mind, body, and spirit than ever before. Warning though, this is an intense episode. It may make some people uncomfortable. Download this episode today to hear exactly what Guy went through, and what he was feeling at the exact moment of his spiritual breakthrough. No one can take responsibility for you but you. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: We have a bind between our bodies and our minds. Behind your words are thoughts, then feelings, then instinct, then consciousness, followed by subconscious. Your subconscious mind IS accessible. It’s possible to be aware of any and every part of your body. Our bodies are like sensory input devices. It’s possible to feel pain without reacting or letting it distract you conscious mind. People often only believe in what they’ve experienced. You can have complete control over both hemispheres of your brain. The brain is a muscle you can learn to feel. Your mind can heal your body. There are things you can understand that language can not explain. Everything in the universe has temporality to it. All of your experiences affect your subconscious. When people are so miserable they just want the rest of the world to be miserable as well. Pills separate the connection of your mind and your body even more. No one can take responsibility for your life but you. Emotions are not weakness, they are strengths. People have lost touch with the universal law. Everyone needs tribe consciousness. We live in a world that’s presented as a shit show, but it doesn’t have to be. There’s no such thing as a quick fix. (click to tweet) Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/51

  • 50: Your Feet Are the Gateway to Your Soul pt. 2
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/50 Your body movements can affect the way you think and feel. (click to tweet) Every day you are telling people more than you realize. It’s not just the words coming out of your mouth that people are reading. It’s also not your face people are relying on to know if you are telling the truth or lying. Most of what you say, whether they realize it or not, actually comes from your physicality. Knowing how to read body language will help protect yourself, and help you to know if other people are trying to deceive you or not. We’ve all been trained to lie with our faces and everyone knows it. Ever since we were children our parents have told us to “Pretend to be happy,” or “Don’t make that face at me!” As a result the first thing we learned to lie about was our expressions. That means we can’t rely on someone’s words or face to tell us what’s really going on. On this episode of Have It All Ilan continues to dive deeper into What every BODY is saying by Joe Navarro. Download this episode to hear more about ways you know you can trust people, and how much your own physicality can affect your emotional status. If you’re looking at someone’s face, you won’t be able to tell if they are lying. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: When you are in a stressful situation blood is sent to the major muscles in preparation to flee. If someone shrugs there shoulders half way they are lying, but if they bring the shoulders all the way up they are telling the truth. When someone lifts their shoulders slowly, it means they are trying to hide. The clothes you wear send a message into the world - what message do you want to send? When people hold their arms behind their back it means they don’t want to interact. Touch affects health, mood, and longevity. If you touch someone's upper arm, it is comforting. Hugging people can break the ice and disarm people. When you meet someone make sure your chest is open and your palms are showing. When people are confident they take up more space. When they are not, they close themselves off. Our brains focus on hands and wrists. Video yourself. You’ll be surprised at what you don’t realize you’re doing. If you don’t know what you do with your hands when you talk, it can have negative consequences. If you shake people’s hands with two hands it can make you seem more dominant. “Steepling” is only used by people who are confident. Interlacing fingers shows someone is not confident. When you put your thumbs in your pockets it is a low confidence display. If you open your chest when you stand it will make you feel powerful. People that move a lot when they are speaking are usually telling the truth. You can understand 10,000 facial expressions. You can’t tell if someone is lying to you by looking at their face. If you don’t trust someone, ask yourself why. We may miss physical cues because we’ve been taught not to stare. You need to unlearn this. Most people are afraid to look someone in the eyes. People only tilt their head if they are truly comfortable. When people “defy gravity” it means they are comfortable. Children in the womb will close their eyes when they hear loud noises. Children who were born blind will cover their eyes when they hear bad news. Seeing someone with wide eyes is a good sign. If someone looks away it means they are comfortable, not bored. Looking downward is a sign of respect or if they are processing information. People don’t like when you look around the room. • 49: Your Feet Are the Gateway to Your Soul pt. 1
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/49 Non verbal behavior makes up 60-65% of communication. (click to tweet) Have you ever wondered what people think of you? When you walk into a room are you the guy people pretend to like, or someone people actually like? These are things you can find out without anyone telling you. The key is knowing how to read body language. 60% of the way people communicate is nonverbal, but most of us aren’t paying attention to what’s being said. For example if you walk into the room and someone raises their eyebrows, it lets you know they are legitimately happy to see you. If they squint, or close their eyes, they’d rather you weren’t there. There are tons of subtleties people do that will tell you how they really feel and what they are really thinking. Believe it or not, most of these signals come from one place: the feet. Someone’s feet will tell you more than you can imagine. If they are still or moving, what angle they are at, and what direction they are facing are tell tale signs about what someone is thinking and how they feel. On this episode of Have It All, Ilan discusses the knowledge he gained from What Every BODY is Saying by Joe Navarro. Joe was an FBI agent who trained everyone in how to read body language - from other agents to lawyers to poker players. No one knows more about the unspoken word than him. Download this episode to learn more about how to tell what’s really on people’s minds. People that like you will raise their eyebrows when they see you. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: The human body can give you a glimpse into what people are feeling. Non verbal behavior makes up 60-65% of communication. We have been taught to lie with certain parts of our body. People that like you will raise their eyebrows when they see you. When people don’t like you they will squint or close their eyes when they see you. Observation is important when you look at physical communications. Active listening does not come naturally to people. Be aware of your surroundings, not just visually. The more you understand context, the better you’ll be at observation. You have to know someone's normal behavior to really know the clues you are given. Observe people’s changes in behavior. People’s nose flair when they are about to take action. Be able to distinguish between comfort and discomfort. You need to be able to detect false behaviour. Always be subtle when you are observing people. People freeze, then fight or flight. People physically distance themselves from things they don’t like. All reason goes out the window when we go into fight mode. Your brain is a mega computer that remembers everything and doesn’t understand time. The most honest part of the body are the feet. Concentrate on people’s feet and legs first. Your feet and lower body will affect the upper body. Feet will shift towards people they like, and away from people they don’t. If you see someone and they only turn their upper half to you they don’t want to interact with you. When people turn their entire body, including their legs and feet, they want to see you. People who are happy will have a bounce in their step. If you want to diffuse an argument, put your feet together. When people cross their legs while standing they are very comfortable. If you meet someone and they stay in play, they are comfortable with you. When you meet someone and they move away, they don’t want to be around you. If someone steps toward you they want to meet and see you. One sign is not enough, you need a cluster of indicators to know a situation. Be aware of your surroundings, not just visually. • 48: Fail At What You Love -Jim Carrey
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/48 “I realized that everything outside of me was also part of me.” -Jim Carrey (click to tweet) Do you ever say, “That’s not realistic?” or “I’ll do this because it’s safer,”? It may seem like you’re being practical, but you’re not. You’re living out of fear, and fear will only hold you back. Many people often disguise their worries by claiming their decisions are made out of practicality. There’s a funny thing about fear, especially when it comes to doing what you really want. We treat that panic of taking a choice that’s not “safe” as a life or death situation. It’s not. We are designed to have a fight or flight response to survive, but the days of being chased by wolves is over. Don’t let your mind trick you into thinking there’s any actual danger there. You’re life will continue, and sure there’s a chance of failure but wouldn’t you rather fail at something you love rather than something you hate or simply don’t care for? There will always be a chance of failure, because there is no safe choice. The truth is that everything is a risk. Even if you take the safest job in the world, something could happen. If you became an accountant, you could be laid off and struggle to find work. If you became a lawyer, your firm could go bankrupt. Don’t do things because it’s the “right” thing if it’s not in your heart. Opportunities will find a way if you follow your heart and do what you truly love in this world. We only have a short amount of time on this planet, so make it count. On this episode of Have It All, Ilan discusses Jim Carrey’s commencement speech from 2014 at Maharishi University. He analyzes and elaborates on some of the strongest points from this incredible graduation ceremony that any student would be incredibly lucky to have been a part of. Download this episode to hear so many words of wisdom that not only apply to new graduates entering the real world, but everyone withe dreams and desires that aren’t being fulfilled. “I used to think my existence was only as far as my skin.” -Jim Carrey (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: Most people live in a fight or flight mode. There’s a difference between real fear, and things we make up. The world is starving for new ideas and new leaders. Fear will always be a player in your life. We make our decisions as fear disguised as practicality. If you want something, ask for it! There is no such thing as a “safe” choice. Failure is a part of life, so fail at what you love. All you have do is figure out what they need. The effect you have on others is the most valuable currency you can have. It’s not the money you make that will make you happy, it’s the connections you make with others. Your need for acceptance can make you invisible in this world. If you listen to your ego, there will always be someone better than you. There are no coincidences, we create everything good and bad. Let the universe know what you want, then work your ass off for it. If you miss your opportunity, another one will come later. The travesties in your life end up being the greatest gifts. Have faith, not religion or hope, but faith. “I can not be contained, because I am the container.” -Jim Carrey (click to tweet) Links: Jim Carrey’s Commencement Speech Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/48

  • 47: You Are What You Speak
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/47 What comes out of your mouth creates your reality. (click to tweet) Do you feel like you’re a victim of circumstance? Feel stuck in the world and can’t go anywhere? You’re not going to like this, but it’s the truth - you’re doing it to yourself. We find ourselves running around in circles, and going through different experiences that end in the same results because we aren’t changing our core programming. Our subconscious is constantly listening to what we say, and what we think. As a result, it keeps putting us back on the same track we were on before.
The only way to change the path you are on is to change your programming. You have to sit back and really analyze your actions, your words, and your thoughts. It’s not easy, we know. In fact most people aren’t aware of the things that come out of their mouth. They don’t realize the complaining and negativity that’s coming out of their subconscious, and concreting itself in their lives. What’s worse is all of the complaints you tell others, just solidifies that image in their mind. That’s right, believe it or not. When you tell people about how everything in your life goes wrong, they think of you as someone who attracts bad things whether they realize it or not. As a result you’ll end up pushing away the people you most want and need in life, again continuing the circling you are trying to get out of. So what can you do to change this? Stop reacting. Again, we know it’s hard. Instead of reacting to the emotions you experience, and the circumstances you find yourself in - analyze them. Don’t be afraid of your emotions, just listen to them. Acknowledge them, accept them, and listen to what they are telling you. You’ll find that if you don’t react to your emotions, but instead start to think about what you want them to be and what you want your situation to be you will start reprogramming your subconscious. It’s at that point you will find your way to the right path, but be careful not to fall into your old habits. On this episode of Have It All Guy and Ilan turn to their listeners for a live Q+A. They look at the problems of the community and give solid answers that will help them find their destination and how they can finally have it all. Download this episode to get insights on what you need to do to find your path, and learn about even more ways you might be keeping yourself from the destinations of your dreams. Look at your emotions as opportunities to grow. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: The conscious mind is constantly sending messages down to the subconscious mind. The more you think and speak about things, the more it plants a seed in the subconscious. The things we focus on expand, while what we don’t focus on decreases. Humans have become reliant on our frontal lobes. The only fears we are born with are the fears of noise and falling, all others are programmed in. We are too attached to how we get to our destination. Our instincts can nudge us back on course to our destination, even if it doesn’t seem like it. People can lose weight physically, but be programmed to see themselves as fat. Most people feel they aren’t worthy of things, creating a negative programming. Stop looking outside, and start looking inside to make things happen. If you go to bed thinking you have to wake up at a time, your subconscious will wake up at that time. Your subconscious will mirror your conscious belief. You don’t have a say in the circumstances coming at you, but you have a say in the experience that comes with them. You need to ask yourself, “What’s the most important thing to me right now?” If you have a great woman standing behind you, it can be the difference between a six figure and a seven figure business. You keep going in circles in life because you are stuck in a circular mindset. Doing more in life with the same mindset means getting more of the same thing. Most of what comes out of your mouth you're unconsciously unaware of. By complaining about what you don’t want, your are programming your brain to be in that environment. Complaining to others cements that negative view you are trying to discourage into their subconscious view of you. If you react to sadness, it expands it. If you observe the sadness instead of reacting, you will shake its foundation. No one on this planet has perfect balance all the time. Look at your emotions as opportunities to grow. You have to learn fro forgive yourself. We have an ego about life. Life and death are both part of the human experience. It’s ok to experience grief, don’t repress it. Some souls are here to create experiences for us. Adults aren’t that much different than children. People often times respond due to their own wounded child. Don’t take people’s comments personally, they are responding to their memories. Don’t seek acceptance and approval from others. Expect some people are going to hate what you are going to do, and appreciate it. Don’t try to make people see your light, they don’t want to. When people are angry and making negative comments just send them your love. Fear is the starter of all wars. It’s always about “them”. When you transform and change it makes people uncomfortable. When you raise your vibration, you will attract people at the same vibration and repeal people at different vibrations. The science is showing that your thoughts control your perceived reality. Validation is there for those who aren’t faith-based people. You really do have a say over the quality of every area of your life. Being enriched does not mean you have a large bank account. Most people’s biggest regret on their deathbed is trying to make everyone else happy. You can love everyone without having to like everyone. Give everyone room to be the imperfect human being they are. We all see the world through a filter of our memories. (click to tweet) Links: Have It All Masterclass Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/47
