  • 46: Feel Everything
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/46 You can’t be static, you too have to transform. (click to tweet) When we take action, it’s usually from the wrong place. We have a survival instinct that makes us doubt everything. As a result we miss important opportunities, and put our mind in a negative place. We’re no longer living in the wild, worried some animal is going to eat us. We need to let that mentality go. Open up your heart, feel more, and think less. Your mind will cloud your judgment with negativity. That may have been fine a thousand years ago, but in today's fast paced world where people are out to help more than hurt you need to abandon that instinct. We look at being gullible as a bad thing, but in reality it can be great. Open your mind and let your subconscious take in whatever it can. If something works, it’s amazing. If it doesn’t, what do you really lose out on? On this episode of Have It All, Guy and Ilan take live questions from the community. They address a wide range of topics from the right way to make a checklist, to dealing with a “no”, to learning how to attract the right opportunities into your life. Download this episode of Have It All to expand your spirituality as well as your business life. Actions shouldn’t be from the ego, or looking good, or it’s not busy work. Do things because you’re inspired. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: Make a heart checklist over a brain checklist. The only constant in this universe is change. You can’t be static, you too have to transform. Being susceptible or “gullible” can be a good thing. If there is a doubt behind something your brain won’t send it to your subconscious. What conversations are you having that is in direct conflict with your intention? Make sure your actions and conversations align with your desires. Don’t take actions to survive, take actions toward your desires. Don’t try to force an outcome. You will become blind to opportunities that come to you. It’s not from the ego, or looking good, and it’s not busy work. No one wants to be around “needy” energy. Trust that things will unfold in their perfect way. You need to understand the why, not the how. All you have to do is share your ideas and passions, opportunities will find a way. Passion breeds more passion. Being around enthusiastic people will make you more enthusiastic. Feeling it is more important than seeing it. As soon as you get attached to something you’ve stopped all other opportunities from showing themselves to you. When you are sharing your idea with someone, don’t hold back! “No” should be your second favorite answer. When you approach someone imagine they are a “yes”. Every experience that happens to us, happens to serve our greater good. Every thought is a magnet. Fear and anxiety have manifested everything bad that’s happened in your life. You need to feel everything. Ask yourself, “Where is my ability to receive?” Trust and half faith that life knows better. What if you didn’t buy into opinions about what’s going on? Be mindful that your emotions are just a sensation. No one wants to be around someone that’s needy. (click to tweet) Links: The Surrender Experiment Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/46

  • 45: Your Addictions Are Deeper Than Actions
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/45 It is insanely difficult to make shifts and transformations on your own. (click to tweet) We all have some sort of addiction. Some people smoke, some drink, and others are addicted to food. There comes a point in our life when we decide these addictions are unacceptable and we try to control it. The worse part of quitting anything can be having a relapse, and indulging into that addiction again - even if it’s been years since we last gave in. When we do feel the urge to indulge we often beat ourselves up over it. We get made that we did, and emotionally abuse ourselves over taking action. This is natural - but wrong. We can’t be upset over the action, it doesn’t help us in the future. We need to look at what is trigger the addiction. What in our environment is giving us these urges? If you sit down and address the triggers, and why you subconsciously view these as triggers, then you can really start to beat the addiction once and for all. On this episode of the Have It All podcast Guy and Ilan explore personal addictions they’ve overcome and re-encountered over the years. Download this episode today to hear their personal stories, and how you can beat your personal struggles. It’s NOT a one and done thing, then you never deal with that situation again. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: Guy notices that when he finds himself in emotional struggles he ends up going back to smoking. Feels like he’s can’t say he’s a non smoker, just that he’s on a break. The Pavlok watch shocks you to help break bad habits. Do you want to create pain to deter you from something? For some reason there’s still a positive association with smoking. Shocking yourself may create a stress response when you don’t want it. Positive reinforcement has a much better response than negative reinforcement. Environmental triggers can respark old habits and addictions. Don’t look at the action of the addiction, look at what is triggering them. Have a conversation with the scared child inside of yourself. When you repress emotions, it can manifest itself physically. Every person who has success has a moment they had to get through that ultimately created the success. Rattling your foundation can shake all aspects of your life. Trauma, when it happens, is fine - it’s continuing the trauma that creates a problem. We seek people, places, and things to try and fill the void - which never works. What do you want your children to think of you, someone who sold out to their fears and couldn’t cut it or someone who followed their dreams? When you ask the question, you already know the answer. When you go against the grain you highlight the gaps in other people. Not being part of the “flow” and not caring can increase your status. Look at your stress triggers. Be in a community, don’t try to do things alone. Your awareness shouldn’t be placed on the action of an addiction, but on the triggers. • 44: Specialization is Everything -Brian Kurtz
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/44 “The day you stop being a student is the day you might as well hang it up.” -Brian Kurtz (click to tweet) When you start a relationship with someone, especially in business, it needs to be sincere. Give to other people without expecting ANYTHING in return. Sure, you will be taken advantage of and you’ll run into people that always take, take, take. Eventually you’ll weed those people out of your life and move on to more fulfilling relationships, but NEVER size someone up before you consider helping them. On this episode of Have It All we are joined by the king of networking and advertising guru, Brian Kurtz. Brian has more connections than anyone we know because of his big heart and willingness to help those who really need it, without expecting anything in return - although he’s received plenty of help back. Download this episode of the Have It All podcast to learn how you can start laying a true foundation for a network, and being the right kind of student.  “You don’t choose your mentors, your mentors choose you.” -Brian Kurtz (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: To have deep lasting relationships you have to really contribute to the other person without any expectations of anything in return. You will be taken advantage of, but that’s ok. Eventually you will write off the people that just take, take, take. Never meet someone halfway. When you give, you have to give correctly. You can’t keep score on what you give to others. Don’t try to be truly original, try to interpret things in a new way. You don’t choose your mentors, your mentors choose you. Think about who is out there that you can help? Don’t think, “What can this person do for me?” Specialization is everything. If you market a narrow audience you can own a world. If you go too wide you’ll try to own the world, and no one can own THE world. Whenever it’s time for you to move on, relax and know that whatever is there for you will be there. You can’t be intimidated by new technology and trends, look at it as a chance to learn. Find your super power, your unique ability. Have someone else tell you what it is. It’s not too early to start thinking about being a mentor. “How specialized can you get?” - Brian Kurtz (click to tweet) Links: Brian’s Website Brian’s Book: The Advertising Solution TheLegendsBook.com  Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/44

  • 43: The Mindset of an Entrepreneur
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/43 In those moments where you just want to give up, remember that results are guaranteed if you work long enough. (click to tweet) Do you think things are taking longer than they should? Are you ready to throw in the towel and quit because it seems like your goals are never going to happen? Don’t. Transformation doesn’t take place immediately. It takes baby steps to get where you want to go, not one giant leap. Know that you are not alone. Everyone’s mind runs much faster than their true journey, it’s perfectly normal. Just trust that you are on the right path, and know that you are where you need to be to achieve your goals. As long as you keep working towards your dreams you will make it to your destination. On this episode of Have It All Ilan gives a talk about the mindset of an entrepreneur, and what it takes to get the success you want out of life. Download this episode and learn how you can bio-hack your brain and get rid of the thoughts that are keeping you down.  Get out of your head and lean on a community. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes:  Don’t do things with an “I have to” attitude. Think about things with an “I get to” attitude. The key to success is feeling you are worthy of it. There’s a difference between desiring more and being worthy of more. You need to concentrate on what you do internally more than what you do externally. Entrepreneurship is the #1 way to transformation. Get out of your head and lean on the community. Entrepreneurs are driven by their desire for freedom. There are two networks in your brain. Default Network Tapped into past situations. Creates patterns, without knowing what’s good or bad. Task Process network What is happening right now. Meditation helps you control the default network. You need to update your mind’s “programming”. Resistance is good, it allows you to grow. Your ego and mind wand to go faster than your journey will allow you. Trust you are where you need to be at this moment in time. Transformation is made is small steps, not leaps.  Even if you’re 50 and wise I guarantee, in most situations, you still act like you’re 6. • 42: Success Starts with Fear
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/42 If you show up on time and do what you said you would do, that’s 99% better than most. (click to tweet) Have you ever talked to someone and expected to blow them away? Thought they would appreciate and respect everything you’ve done, but it turns out they don’t seem to care? Your experience and expertise seemed like nothing to them? That’s because no one cares about what you’ve done. They only care about what you do for them. We often times let our egos get in the way. If you enter into a new situation, with a new person you need to let go of that ego. You’ll have to take several steps back and start over. You can’t fight for the opportunity to tell them what you’ve done for others, you have to beat down the door to show them why you can do for them. On this episode of Have It All Ilan was honored by being asked give a talk to our military Walter Reed with American Dream U. Download and hear this inspirational talk that helps uniformed soldiers transfer into a civilian life as entrepreneur. It’s easy to look at the short term. The long term is where it’s at. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: People operate as if their conversations are physical objects. You shouldn’t care if people think you should be wearing a suit. People value what you do for them, not what you’ve done in the past. Be willing to take your ego out of the equation, take a few steps back, and start over. You have chosen certain experiences that have given you unique wisdom. Experience is everything. Most people aren’t willing to go through enough experience to succeed. No one felt smart when they started something. Any time you start doing something new, negative thought will cloud your mind. The #1 thing Entrepreneurs are afraid of is failing. Your growth and development as a human being happens because you are willing to transition. Listening to super smart people talk does not equal experience. • 41: Q&A: Why You’re Burning Out
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/41 People struggle when ego is trying to drive their business. (click to tweet) How do we tap into our intuition? What does your intuition feel like? How do we stay productive? Why does my empathy sometimes work against me? This week we answer questions about intuition, productivity, connecting with our partners, and ultimately finding how to work with our instincts in order to avoid burn out.  In this episode we discuss how being an empath is your superpower. The key is to learn how to ground your energy and not let it overwhelm you. Our natural human response is to STOP when we feel overwhelmed. So how do we turn it into action, work with the power and figure out how to best use it? Ground, release, and get rid of those to-do lists! Being an Empath is a superpower. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: Intuition is something we all have. Women are more connected to their intuition than men are. There’s different types of intuition. You have to learn what your intuition feels like. You have to believe in your intuition. Very few things happen the way we plan them to. Disregard your negative thoughts and start listening to your intuition. Being an empath is a superpower. Sometimes superpowers can become overwhelming. You have to learn to control it, not turn it off. Empaths have to learn to control and ground energy. People do not take action unless there’s a sense of urgency. When something pulls you towards a goal it becomes effortless. Find and address the fear that is holding you or your partner back. People burn out because their life is out of balance. Ask yourself why you want your goals. We are animals of connection and hunger for some sort of love. People need a creative outlet they can lose yourself in. Long to-do lists are the worst thing you can create. Pick three things you do each day. You can’t manifest anything great if you aren’t feeling great. To do lists just create automatic agony. • 40: Understand and Appreciate Your Biochemistry with Laurie Cossar
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/40 Rather than thinking about it as mastery over yourself, it’s mastery within yourself. - Laurie Cossar (click to tweet) Do you find yourself trying a new diet, hitting your goal weight, and then putting it all back on? Or maybe you go six months without alcohol then wind up right back in the bar night after night. These don’t happen because you lack willpower, or that you are somehow a weaker person. The truth is that these things happen because old habits don’t go away. Your brain remembers them and files them away. The moment it gets the chance, your brain will pull out these old habits and put your right back on your old track. On this episode of Have It All we are joined by Laurie Cossar, who explains the way our brains work on a subconscious level. She gives us inside tips on how we can start reprogramming our minds and analyze what we are going through to stay on track. You might be surprised to find that you’re probably using the wrong part of your brain - and it’s holding you back.  If you’re not utilizing all the facets of your brain, they become stagnant. It’s use it or lose it. - Laurie Cossar (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: If you let things slide, it’ll only cause problems to get worse. You need to find mastery within yourself. Think about your mindset more than what diet you should be on. You need to look at where your imbalances are. Your brain doesn’t see good habits or bad habits, just consistencies. It takes 90 days to start setting a new pattern in your brain. Old habits don’t go away, the brain will bring them back when they can. Some people are more susceptible to falling back into behavioral addictions. People exploit and monopolize on people’s vanities and addictive personalities. Six-pack abs is a marketing ploy. Many people suffer from false image perception. Most people’s default network is on overdrive. We need to practice shifting to our task network part of the brain. Some people can lose the physical weight, but not the mental weight. Weight can become an obsession. You need to acknowledge that you are in a mental prison. Stop trying to stop pain to seek pleasure and accept your feelings. Learn how to shift into neutral. Emotions are meant to be temporary chemical energy. If you allow them to occur they will pass quicker. Is your mental conversation serving you? You can’t erase your thoughts. Don’t shame yourself over your thoughts, analyze them and learn from them. One emotion will spur a thousand thoughts. Know that where you are is perfect, but there’s always room for improvement.  Society exploits our vanity. - Laurie Cossar (click to tweet)   Links: Laurie’s Website Laurie’s Facebook Fan Page   Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/40

  • 39: How You’re Losing Control
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/39 There is no going back in life, you’re always moving forward. (click to tweet)  Relationships can be tough on anyone. There’s a cliche that when you meet the one you just know. This is true, but that doesn’t mean the one you meet is perfect. Relationships always take work and effort from both parties. In order to really experience love you need to be willing to be vulnerable, and let the other person into a part of you that you’re not used to showing. It’s also important to go with the flow, not just in relationship, but in life. You may try to feel empowered and try to control something. The truth is, when you try to control or force a situation you actually begin to lose control. You need to be open to the moment and the world. Don’t abandon before being abandoned just to save yourself. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: Guy is over seas and realizes the importance of traveling with others. You need to constantly look at what you are not accepting. Keeping busy can stop jet lag. There are subconscious levels for communication to begin. First is a physical response. Second is an emotional response. Third is a thought. Fourth is a word. Being aware of the sensations in your body will help you communicate properly. Emotional breakthroughs are important to advance relationships. You need to trust life and fully surrender to a situation. Vulnerability is essential to achieve love. The cliche, when you find the one you just know, is true. Don’t try to force an outcome, be part of the flow or it’ll cause tension. We think we gain power by trying to control a situation, but we actually lose control. You will zap your energy trying to control a situation instead of going with the flow. There is no going back in life, there’s only moving forward. It’s an injustice to the world not to share your feelings. Feel more, think less. If it was meant to be, it would have been.
