  • 17: How to Improve Your Most Difficult Relationships
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/17 When pain, misery, or anger happen, it is time to look within you. Not around you. (click to tweet) Your parents, spouses, and siblings are often your most difficult relationships. You know exactly how they work, inside and out. This has caused us to create our own filters for them over the years. We’ve began to see them through our own filters, instead of who they truly are inside. In turn this impacts our most difficult and long lasting relationships in a negative manner. It’s time to let go of the past experiences you’ve had with them, and all the negative pictures you may have painted of them. Turn their canvas blank and take a new look at the people you may have a difficult relationship with. When humans feel progress, the pleasure centers in the brain get a serotonin and dopamine hit. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: Productivity is “how to do more shit.” Productivity develops personal responsibility. Progress can turn into addiction due to the triggers the pleasure center receives. There is no “out there,” only “within you.” Siblings and parents tend to be the most difficult relationships. Experiences taint the way you see others. You begin to see your “filter” of them. Whatever your complaint is about these difficult people, take a deep hard look in yourself to reflect on that complaint. If you want a true connection in your most difficult relationships, you have to give up the picture you’ve painted of them. You are attached to the current state of the relationship you share with this person, because it is what you’ve always known it to be. We act against our personal nature. Whatever people show you on the outside, they (most likely) feel the exact opposite on the inside. In situations where you get defensive, you try and make others feel wrong about it, instead of yourself. Anything you have that is complete about you, will not be an issue for you. We like to displace blame away from ourselves and onto others. This is completely ineffective in creating the life or relationships you want. (click to tweet) Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/17

  • 16: Manifest The Power Within Yourself
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/16 If you get a message or insight inside yourself, follow it. (click to tweet) We’ve always heard “ask and you shall receive.” But have you ever taken that quote and applied it to yourself? The power within ourselves, and within the universe, is greater than we can even begin to imagine. It is entirely possible to manifest your own destiny by following the intuitive feelings you have within yourself. These voices are your higher power nudging you towards your dreams. First you must believe you have the power to manifest all of these wonderful wishes! If you ask the universe for something, you shall receive exactly that. Focus your energy on receiving whatever it is you want. If you’re unsure how, that’s what we’re here to tell you today. We as humans have the power. The more you start believing you have the power, the right things will fall into your lap. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: Each one of us have our separate “guides.” There are six different levels of intuition, with four of those being major levels. Ilan told his wife he loved her, only two weeks into them dating! Ilan’s ring represented that he 100% trusted his feelings towards his wife. Start believing now. As soon as you start believing you have the power, the right people, the messages, the right books, they will fall into your lap. Trust your feelings. Whatever that “feeling” tells you to do, take action on it. If you get a message or insight inside yourself, follow it. Trust that these messages are not just voices in your head. Your higher self nudges you forward towards what you ask for. Action comes from inspired thought. Thinking will only force your outcome. I started looking back in my life, and realized the things I wanted to begin with, I always ended up with. (click to tweet) Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/16

  • 15: The Difference a Morning Routine Can Make
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/15 In order to have new output, you have to put new input (click to tweet) We all love sleep. Who wouldn’t? But what if we told you waking up even just 15 minutes earlier than you are right now, could change your life? Creating a morning routine can have a lot of positive effects on you and getting you to where you dream to be. Whether or not you want to wake up early to meditate, read, or go for that jog, you can start the day off right being proactive in your morning routine. Today we’re here to tell you why and how this can and will change your life, even if you aren’t a morning person. It’s time to wake up on the right side of the bed! Everything you’re “addicted” to is killing off something else in your life. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: The smartest people in any room are the people who read the most books. Fun fact: Warren Buffett spends 80% of his day reading! There’s no such thing as “I don’t have time.” The real statement is “I don’t want to make time.” People who enjoy reading make it a priority to do so. It is common for people not to forgive easily, since they associate forgiveness with condoning. When you learn to forgive, you will feel a release of negative energy. Nothing new will come out, if you put nothing new in. Meditation has a compounding effect. If you want to manifest your dream life, you will need to feed that part of yourself. It’s interesting to test yourself! If you don’t think you can wake up an hour earlier, start smaller. Try 10 minutes earlier, then 15, and then eventually work your way up. Bring inquiry back into your life. Everything you’re addicted to is killing off something else in your life that is pushing you towards what you want. Ask yourself “what’s my point of view?” on what it is that is killing off the possibility to create a brand new life for yourself. The point of view you have about life paints your entire world. When you take action towards specific things in your life, other areas begin to open up. (click to tweet) Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/15

  • 14: It’s Time to Re-write Your 2017 Goals
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/14 The only goals that ever work are the ones that pull you, not push you. (click to tweet) We all have New Year’s resolutions. But are they helpful? Do you actually complete the goals you write down in the beginning of the year? Most of us don’t. But why? Goals that push us never end up producing results. The reason we even set goals, is to inspire hope within ourselves to eventually reach our desired outcome, not to push us. We’re here today to tell you how to reach that outcome, how to take those goals you’ve been writing down all these years, and actually completing them. We’ll tell you how to put aside those feelings of guilt over past goal failure, and help you manifest your true intentions. The mistakes that we make, are what allow us to grow and learn. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: New Year's resolutions are bullshit! The reason setting goals is great, is because it is hopeful. The only goals that actually ever work are the ones that pull you. Review your goals from the previous year, while asking yourself “how do I feel when I am looking at these goals?” Always write down your goals! It is impossible to manifest goals when you feel shame and guilt. Ask yourself, what in these goals is triggering an emotional reaction? When you start creating goals you will see experiences occurring that naturally lead you to challenges. Challenges = opportunity. Relinquish yourself from creating expectations of how your experiences will play out. We’re programmed to think that if we are not getting what we want, we must be doing something wrong. This is not true! Think of achieving goals like games: set time limits. When you’re having fun, you get things done! Do not live your life to make other people happy. You need to live to make yourself happy. Make sure you’re writing goals because it is what YOU want. The universe operates in a way, in which you get what you need, not what you want. • 13: The Misleading Illusion of Perfect
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/13 It is no coincidence that those most concerned about health, get sick the most. (click to tweet) We all strive for perfection, but often times we do not step back and realize that perfection is just an illusion. We can easily lose sight of our goals by getting caught up in the end results, completely overlooking the small progress we put in day by day. When we put the expectations upon ourselves to be perfect, or achieve perfect, we often times won’t achieve anything at all. It’s time to move forward in your life and take notice of the things you want to get done, as well as the things you are getting done. While you will encounter obstacles, haters, and people rooting for you to lose, you can absolutely achieve your goals when you put your mind to it. Don’t let fear hold you back or stop you from doing what you absolutely want to do! If you align your goals with the world of perfection you are going to disappoint yourself over and over again. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: People’s weight can be a depiction of what is happening in their head. When you’re in love with yourself and your life, you treat yourself very differently. Focus on “the game” or the tasks at hand, rather than the end results. As soon as you become aware of the (negative) voice inside yourself, you’ve already won the game. On an average day, humans run through 60,000 thoughts! 95% of those 60,000 thoughts, are the same ones you thought the day before. If you eat poorly for one meal, it’s much easier to continue eating poorly for others. Stick to your goals! Be able to recognize when you go against your goals. Do not let others take from your “energy container.” We only have so much energy to spare! Be accountable. We’ve been programmed from a young age not to share what we are up to. If you want to make things happen, and make it happen fast, SHARE IT! Haters only hate on you because they wish they could do the things you are doing, for themselves. Be vigilant. Anxiety is worse than the actuality of the situation. Anxiety can create unwanted events to occur. When you control your thoughts, you control your mind. Once you reach the state of being in total control of your life, you reach your destiny. The ones who fan the flames of their human potential, do vastly different things than those who lead ordinary lives. (click to tweet) Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/13

  • 12: True Mastery: Lessons from the Super Bowl Comeback
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/12 True masters know that they are always just getting started (click to tweet) The response to being down and out, kicked to the curb, defeated, behind by an insurmountable amount, and completely written off is what separates those with true mastery at the highest levels from the rest. This episode is about the lessons we can take away from the Super Bowl, and the comeback mounted by Tom Brady and the Patriots. There are several takeaways we can learn from observing the greats at work, not the least of which is that even the greats get far behind and beat down sometimes. It’s the response that really matters. Join us on this episode of Have It All as we talk about comebacks, resilience, responses to being beat, why future-pacing is a mistake, and why true masters are constantly learning, all on this episode of Have It All! Sometimes you need things to happen that humble you (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: If you’re in a slump, one of the most difficult things to do is figure out how to get out of it Your brain is either in the present moment, focused on what you’re doing, or future pacing Future pacing will cause you to get out of the moment, and cause you to make mistakes After you take your foot off the gas, it’s extremely difficult to get back to the momentum you had True masters know that they are always just getting started Mastery is the choice to be a constant student Sometimes you need things to happen that humble you Create a new perspective on losses, and make them fuel you and not destroy you Whether good or bad, focus on experiencing every moment Give yourself deadlines to experience pain and loss. Don’t resist it, just know when you’re going to get out of it Whether good or bad, focus on experiencing every moment (click to tweet) Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/12

  • 11: The Distinction Between Attachment and Commitment
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/11 Any time you create an expectation, life may not always match up to that expectation. (click to tweet) We often find ourselves attached to things that we are not taking action on to achieve any sort of outcome. It’s an unhealthy and stagnant life cycle we get stuck in from time to time. Most of us confuse “attachment,” and “commitment,” when in reality they are two completely different things. If we create attachments to our commitments, it turns into the cycle above, and that’s when we miss the mark. It’s time to start reaching new outcomes and creating new possibilities. We often think that by analyzing our goals and thinking through new strategies, we will manifest our desired outcomes. But it takes more than thoughts to get there, it requires communication and action. Listen up as we dive into the how to’s, the do’s, and the don'ts, when it comes to manifesting your goals through commitment. It’s time to ditch all your attachment expectations, and start being productive! If you find yourself using words like “could have” and “should have,” you’re attached to something. (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: When you create something you want in life, you create an attachment as well. The world of commitment has a different essence than the world of attachment. Part of the design of being human, is that we inherently create problems. A problem will naturally call you to act a certain way, based on each unique situation. When you take your commitment and attach it to one outcome, experience, or person, you “miss the boat.” Attachments set expectations, that do not always match up. We live in a universe of infinite possibilities. If someone uses the word “figure out,” it means you are immediately trying to solve a problem. The design of thinking is just a “recall function.” Possibility occurs through communication and actions. If you’re upset right now, you’re attached to something. Align parts of yourself and your body to begin to feel the positive outcomes. When you are willing to empower context, you will take more action. The more results you get, the more you believe in yourself. One of the best questions to ask yourself is: “What is it I am most committed to?” You have to have integrity around the things you are committed to. Once you see things written down on paper, it has less of an impact on you. Sometimes you ask the universe for what you want, but instead it gives you what you need. • 10: Finding the Meaning Behind Life’s Events, Troubles, and Happiness
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/10 “Evolution is a constant, and non-linear process.” (click to tweet) Life can be a difficult thing to understand at times. Why do bad things happen to us? Why do good things happen to us? What are the spiritual meanings behind certain things that may or may not happen? How do we fight fear? There are so many unanswered questions in life, but today we try to talk through them, and potentially answer a few of them. In this week’s episode, we have my dear friend Kira Saltzman joining us to discuss our spiritual journeys, and all the factors related to finding the meaning behind aspects on life. “As long as we live on this earth, we need an ego.” (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: Spiritual Bypass Syndrome is having the mindframe that the universe is in control of everything that happens to you, and using it as a mask to excuse what is really happening. It’s easy to get caught up in a stress bubble. You may not realize how stressful your life is until you step outside of it for a moment. Ego has a bad rep in the spiritual community, even though we need it to keep us going. The ego keeps us surviving! There is constant metamorphosis, where we shed our ego, and gain a new one. We are relational beings. We have “soul contracts.” Learn to make and understand healthy boundaries. Authenticity means you are speaking one hundred percent from your personal truth. Do not leap and jump to conclusions because others are. Really connect with what is happening in your psyche and your soul. Grief is the demon of the heart chakra. Mourning and grieving is how we rebalance our heart chakras. We hold onto anger as a way of not grieving. You will need to let that go. Fear is a mind-killer. Courage is saying “I’m afraid, fuck it I’m going to do it anyway.” (click to tweet) Links: ThePantherProcess.com Louise Hay’s Website, Affirmations Section: http://www.louisehay.com/affirmations/ Louise Hay Home Page: http://www.louisehay.com/ Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/10

  • 09: The Three Key Factors of Bad Procrastination Habits
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/09 “If there’s no clarity, there is no way for us to succeed.” (click to tweet) Do you find yourself procrastinating? What are the reasons you find yourself procrastinating in your life today? We often find ourselves putting off tasks or pushing back goals, and then using excuses to justify our actions. Why though? Do you have a sense of urgency? Are you empowering the context behind your goals? It’s time to stop complaining about the areas in our life we want to fix, and just do it! In this week’s episode, we discuss empowering context and moving past our decisions to keep pushing our goals back. We’ve identified the three main factors in life that keep us from moving forward, and influence our procrastination habits. It’s time to take action! “Without a clear goal or vision, it is near impossible for that to happen.” (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: There are three reasons why people find themselves procrastinating: no clarity, no accountability, and community. Different parts of you have to align in order to achieve success. An example would be your conscious mind, aligning with your unconscious mind. If you don’t know what you are aiming for, it most likely will never happen. If you cannot identify an end goal from a task you want or need to complete, you will most likely procrastinate. If you don’t speak your desires, there is almost a zero chance you will accomplish them. The average person has around five best friends in their lifetime. Sharing your transformation can change the way others perceive you -- in a good way! Some people get stuck in a singular view, which can negatively impact their growth in the long run. Transforming your unhelpful habits will result in more positive outcomes for you. Empowering context makes you want to do something at the best of your ability. If you do not have empowering context, you WILL procrastinate. In order to optimize self motivation, you will NEED empowering context. Those who procrastinate will always make excuses for why they are not doing it, instead of just doing it. Being late + an excuse does NOT equal being on time. In order to stop the process of procrastination, you will need to develop a sense of urgency. Problems are a constant throughout life, and will always arise in whatever situation you are in. “If you’re doing something just to go through the motions, than you shouldn’t be doing it at all.” (click to tweet) Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/09

  • 08: Morning Routines, Smart Drugs, Meditation, & the Lie of Productivity: Live Q&A
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/08 “Chance favors the prepared mind.” (click to tweet) The practicality of living a fulfilled and extremely effective and successful life is something that often doesn’t get enough air-time. Life coaches and mentors talk about the big picture, sometimes at the expense of the practicality of the small steps that lead to big success. Today’s episode of Have It All is a Q&A, where we’re taking questions about things like specific morning routines, diets, smart drugs, meditation, money, focus, the lie of productivity, and much more. This episode is a knowledge dump, so have pen and paper ready, take notes, because if you put these tips into practice, you’re life could change today. “When you experience a win or great success, that is truly the time to buckle down and keep pushing.” (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: What you eat will determine your energy levels. A morning routine is one of the most important things you will add to your schedule Set yourself up for success with a careful morning routine that works for you Look into nootropics for increased brain functionality Your brain is one of the smallest organs in the body, but it drains energy more than any other organ Getting a good night’s sleep is essential Nootropics: Try Piracetam with Choline Meditation is an essential aspect of a balanced life Learn to listen to your body and pay attention to the signals it sends you Money is an essential factor in your happiness and success The byproduct of helping people is money. Focus on helping Be clear and concise about your goals. Know the details Feed the brain the images of what you want to produce Understand in the moment whether being upset will help you in any way. Usually it won’t Productivity doesn’t bring happiness. Know what you should be working on, and being effective rather than productive, brings success “Every little piece that happens in life, is here to serve a purpose.” (click to tweet) Links: Binaural Beats on youtube Trello Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/08
