  • 07: Changing Your Rules to Attain a Better Life
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/07 “The way you do one thing, is the way you do everything.” (click to tweet) We occasionally find ourselves wanting something, but can’t seem to identify why we cannot achieve it. Have you ever considered that it might be the rules you live your life by? We often live by the same rules we had ingrained in us at a very young and impressionable age, without ever noticing we’re even doing it. It’s time for an upgrade! In this episode we take a look at certain aspects of your life that stick around due to these unspoken rules, as well as goals you wish to achieve but have not found yourself successful at attaining these goals. “What you are, is a conduit for life.” (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: There are so many rules in life that others follow blindly, without a clue why. Any time there is some sort of conversation that says “this is better than that,” it becomes a dangerous setting for our mind to develop in. You wouldn’t use very old technology to keep up with today’s world. Why are you doing that with your opinions and habits? Distinguish the age of your conversations. This way you can ask yourself if the age of your discussion is the reason you are not seeing the results you want. The results you experience currently are a direct reflection of the rules that are running your life. Creating distinctions in your rules can help you see what you are consciously deciding, versus where you are using outdated rules to make a decision for you. In order to make money, you have to grind it out and work hard. When you’re trying to build something big, ask for help. It can be near impossible to make big things happen without asking for a little help. When you realize you’ve been living your life by outdated rules, you’ll have to reprogram yourself to adjust to new changes you wish to make. Whatever belief you currently have may be holding you back from something you currently want, but have not yet achieved. The first step in changing your rules is to distinguish the conversation. Mastery happens in increments. It will take time. “Whatever results you are currently experiencing in your life is a direct reflection of the rules that are running your life.” (click to tweet) Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/07

  • 06: How to Build a Lifestyle of Health and Vibrancy with Maria Whalen
Show notes: SatoriPrime.com/06 “If you want control and to dictate your life, you better make sure that your health is rock-solid” - Maria Whalen (click to tweet) In modern western society, we tend to think about medicine in the purely western sense, where it is used in emergency situations where you need help and you need it fast. But there is a whole different train of thought, one that is focused on a lifestyle of well-being and health, and that is what our guest, Maria Whalen, is talking about today on Have it All. Maria is digging into the 5 pillars of health, why we tend to use systems for everything in our life but our health and why that’s a recipe for disaster, why understanding the end-result you are shooting for is so important in health, and how important it is to have every piece of the puzzle in place when it comes to health. If you want more vibrancy, energy, and overall health, this episode is for you, listen up to learn how to take your life to the next level through healthy living on today’s episode of Have It All. “Observe, step back, look around you, and use common sense in your health” - Maria Whalen (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: Observe, step back, look around you, and use common sense in your health Why use systems with almost everything we do, but for some reason tend to not think about our health that way A lot of the systems that we do know are archaic, which is why we tend to avoid them If you’re not clear on the end-result you want, you’ll be confused about how to get there Western medicine is great for emergency cases, but not great for a lifestyle If you want control and to dictate your life, you better make sure that your health is rock-solid If you leave one single piece of the puzzle of health out, it jeopardizes the whole system Choose to make these decisions with your health now, before the emergencies show up The 5-Pillars: Hormones DNA Immune System Physical structure Mental-Emotional component “Choose to make the right decisions with your health now, before the emergencies show up” - Maria Whalen (click to tweet) Links: IntentionalNetwork.com Show notes: SatoriPrime.com/06

  • 05: Change Your Life with Your way of Thinking
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/05 “Without actions, nothing changes.” (click to tweet) Do you ever find yourself stuck in the hamster-wheel effect? Do you find yourself making the same mistakes repeatedly? Being stuck in a way of thinking that seems to produce the same outcomes over and over again? Thinking does not cause us to take action, as thinking is inherently stuck in the past. It’s time to start communicating to create a new future for yourself. On this episode, we tell you how words can generate your future outcomes, just by believing in the power you have over yourself and the life you can and will create. Sit tight and listen up, because on this episode we will be discussing exactly how to do that! “The design of communication has two properties: to make things disappear, and to generate them into reality.” (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: What’s true for one society is not true to all societies, and this goes for your problems. Often times the reason why you you are not being productive has something to do with your relationships. Thinking is caught in the past -- you are constantly mulling over what has happened. If you’re having a problem that requires some new solution that is future based, how can you use thinking to get to that problem? The “someday” mentality turns into “some decade,” and people still do not take that action. If there is an area of your life that is consistently wrong, it is most likely your own doing If you look at what is going wrong in your life, a lot will revolve around a lack of communication. Our problems are only relevant to us; the way out is communication. The design of communication has two properties: to make things disappear, and to generate them into reality. Words have the power to generate outcomes. When you start speaking about something, like an problem, you are self generating that problem. You can co-create reality for yourself with your words, energies, or chanting. Most people think that who they are in the moment is a reflection of who they were in the past. Who we actually are in the present moment is a function of our future. We are constantly interacting with the future that we expect. “Thinking about something, does not yield action.” (click to tweet) Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/05

  • 04: How to Break Free of Addicting Habits to Lead a Fulfilling and Successful Life
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/04 “Your body craves that dopamine, that rush, that great feeling of fulfilling an addiction” (click to tweet) Do you ever wonder why you keep doing the same things over and over again? Why you keep falling into the same business situations? Same relationships? Same habits? Addiction might be a factor you need to consider. Addiction can hinder us from leading a successful and fulfilling life, due to getting stuck in the same habits over and over again from the rush we receive when participating in these behaviors. Today we discuss how to break free of these habits, and the effect participating has on not only you, but the people around you, in addition to the positive outcomes breaking free will have on you and the future you choose to lead. “Addiction hijacks your brain” (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: You train your body and your brain to affix on things, from a very young age. Every time you do x, your body will release dopamine or other happy hormones. Your body gets addicted to the chemical release. Every time you partake in the activity you are addicted to, the receptors celebrate. Rushes you receive can be from any form of addiction you are experiencing. Whether it’s food, fights, or anything in between. For any loop that you are stuck in, you may want to consider the possibility that there is a physical addiction to that emotional charge of the loop. When that rush happens, it is no longer you. You are a passenger in your own car. We all expect others to see what we’re thinking. It’s a phenomenon that occurs that we all experience, even though it is not right. We are obsessed with being right about everything. We think if we have enough information, we can be right about everything, making everyone else wrong. Responsibility is completely different than blame. Do not point fingers! The little voice you hear is usually speaking of things that have happened in the past. Example: “oh here they go again..” Everything you’ve learned in your (human development piece of) life has happened between 2-7. Growing up, what was your experience people made you wrong for? Most of the time our response is how the rest of the world is wrong. If you can think or imagine it, there is a human out there right not doing exactly that. “What are patterns in my life, that no matter what I’ve done, it seems to keep going around and around?” (click to tweet) Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/04

  • 03: Stay True to your Integrity to Reach an Extraordinary Life
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/03 “Without integrity, nothing works” (click to tweet) Integrity is a word we often hear, but forget just how it comes to play in our day to day lives. Do you find yourself saying “I’ll take care of that later,” or “I’m tired, I will think about it another day?” Using these behaviors from time to time to make excuses can grow into much larger issues. You find a few days turning into weeks...months..sometimes years before you get around to what you needed to do. And for most, they never get to what it was they needed to do. This episode we discuss WHY integrity is so important, and how honoring your word gives you great control, empowerment, and respect in not only your professional life, but also your personal life. It’s time to start living an extraordinary life. “We let ourselves slide MUCH more than we allow others to slide” (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: A lack of integrity is the main culprit behind creating goals, but making very little movement to get there Having integrity does not mean being perfect or a superhero, but being whole, undivided, and complete. Sweeping things under the rug always comes back to bite you. It usually turns into weeks, months, or even years. People think: Late + excuse = being on time. It’s time to end that cycle. Buying into the norm will get you the norm results. Being extraordinary doesn’t mean being a superhuman or living lavish. It is a commitment, responsibility, and integrity that you create. There are a lot of things we agree to that are not necessarily verbal. As soon as you know you are not going to be able to hold a promise, you should get in touch with the person that it affects and let them KNOW An agreement is to create a system of self accountability. Agreements establish trust in a relationship. If you don’t have integrity to honor your word, you lose trust. ALWAYS hold yourself accountable to ALL areas of your life to gain trust as well as power How often does this happen: I want to quit smoking. 3 days later, you’re smoking. We let ourselves slide much more often than we let other people slide. Losing integrity builds negative expectations of you. You hand power over to your worst enemy who has no interest in your success. Admit to your faults, with open, two way, conversations to rebuild rapport if you find yourself not meeting expectations. “Have you noticed the instances where you’ve swept things under the rug, have grown into much worse instances?” (click to tweet) Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/03

  • 02: How Do We Re-define The Meaning of Responsibility vs. Blame?
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/02 “Our society has collapsed the meaning of responsibility with blame” (click to tweet) Sometimes the line between responsibility and blame can become blurred. We find ourselves asking others to take responsibility for actions, when, in reality, we are asking someone to take the blame. In our day to day conversations, we often find ourselves taking part in trauma sharing-- where we get caught up in focusing on sharing the negative attributes, and in turn discussing negative feedback. If you take a step back for a moment and imagine all the time you spent complaining, and replaced it with time you could have spent doing something productive, life might be a bit different. We need to break free of the bad habits we have all grown so accustomed to. Sit tight and listen up, because on this episode we will be discussing exactly how to do that! “To the ego, losing an argument is like death” (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: When you have an “a-ha” moment, you aren’t shocked. It’s almost as if we remember things rather than acquire new information. You are not innately born with the ability to be responsible. Does a resolution of any kind ever happen from placing blame? Blame can cause us to punish ourselves, which harms us. Has this ever helped you grow in a meaningful way? Probably not. Responsibility is not the same as blame. Most relationships are viewed through the 50/50 spectrum. You do your share, and I will do my share. Commit to love and connection, not ego and blame placing. You cannot blame others for what you choose yourself.  You made those decisions. This is where your ego begins to take over and place blame. It’s important to understand how to have a sense of humor, and lose a bit of the seriousness in certain situations. Imagine how much time you spend complaining. Now imagine taking out all the time you spend complaining, and replacing it with time you could be using to do what you need to get done. People get hooked on trauma sharing, which is essentially focusing on the negative / dislikes we share. Most common incorrect thought: If most people think it, it must be true. We use this to measure our reality. Looking for patterns in other people to validate what we’re doing or who we are, is biologically built into us. The ego can cause you to do ineffective things! “The experience of blame creates the experience of guilt, shame, and loss of value” (click to tweet) Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/02

  • 01: What Does It Mean to Have a ‘10’ in Every Area of Your Life?
Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/01 “90% of human beings live their entire life not knowing that their lives are being run by their ego.” (click to tweet) For many, the ego drives the day-to-day decisions activities, actions, and overall course our lives take. It causes some to become rich, successful in their career, or maybe physically fit. Others, it drives to despair, makes them poor, and holds them back. But it never makes anyone happy, fulfilled, or thereby ultimately successful in life. Welcome to “Have It All,” a podcast from Guy and Ilan Ferdman of SatoriPrime. Through this show, we are going to dive into what it means to truly have it all, to have a ‘10’ in every area of your life. Not an 8 or 9, not a very good, or good enough. But a true 10 out of 10, all time high-score, in every area of your life. Lots of people are able to achieve a 10 in the single area where they choose to focus all of their energy. But more often than not, the energy devoted to that one aspect leads to the neglect of another. We see it all around us: The multi-millionaire whose relationships are bad or nonexistent. The couple who are madly in-love with each other, in total bliss, yet struggling financially, barely able to make ends meet. This podcast is our dive into helping you understand how you can truly have it all, in all aspects of your life, all at the same time. Through teaching, interviews, and more, we’ll explore the tactics, tools, systems, and processes that you can put in place to help you take your life to the next level in every area. So hold on tight, it’s going to be a wild, fulfilling, scary, extremely rewarding ride. Welcome to Have It All! “Experiences create a deeper and more powerful type of learning” (click to tweet) The Cliff Notes: Don’t listen through the filter of your own judgements and assessments. Leaving them behind for a moment, to try on new ideas with no initial assessment The world of ego is one that always wants more A negative experience is simply a contradiction to the ego’s opinion of what should be When you understand that it’s your reaction to circumstances causes pain, and not the circumstances themselves, you can take control Asses your life to find out where you’re the driver and the ego is the rider, and where the opposite is happening People choose to be the passenger is because it’s easy. But it keeps you from being in control of your life In order to take control, your desire must be much stronger than your ego Every time you decide not to follow through on how you want to live your life, through making a with small decision, your ego gets stronger and takes over some of your desire Systems and tools that you put in place that work on the subconscious level are slow, but extremely powerful Experiences create a deeper and more powerful type of learning If you have negative thoughts and life-outlook, your life will be negative. But if you focus on positive, your life will be positive Just try to be a better version of you, every single day Spiritual growth is not comfortable or convenient, otherwise everybody would be doing it When you truly have it all, different areas of your life will help other unexpected areas “A life circling around the ego is one of pain and suffering.” (click to tweet) Links: Stuart Wilde: Fringe Dwellers Show Notes: SatoriPrime.com/01
