Are you incorporating enough rest into your routine?  If so, are you forcing yourself to rest, or allowing yourself to rest?  Both are beneficial in different ways; think about how that impacts your body and mind.

Do you have an active or passive personality?  In other words, when conflict comes your way, do you reach out and work to change it before it hits you, or take it as it is and deal with it after the fact?  Why?  Do you think one of these personality types is objectively better than the other, or is a mixture of both the most helpful?

Do you feel supported by others in the choices you make?  If so, why?  If you don't feel supported, why not?  Is it their actions and words, or is it your interpretations of such; or perhaps is it your own confidence, or lack of confidence?
