We expound on the importance of being a dependable man or woman but most of all a dependable person in every aspect of life. Learning to do so could save friendships, marriages and relationships!!!

In this session we touch bases on the mind games that we encounter in relationships and friendships and what we allow to happen to us. At some point the games have to stop.
