  • TATIANA LONDONO
    HGTV PROPERTY SHOP QUEEN
Tatiana Londono lives and breathes the world of real estate. This dynamic young agent began her career by cold-calling her way into the real estate business five years ago. Within a year she reached the Top 10 Agents list, thanks to her tough persona, brilliant skills and trademark style. With sales in the seven-figure range, Tatiana decided it was time to set up her own agency, the Londono Realty Group. The trials and tribulations of setting up her own agency are captured on HGTV's reality show, "Property Shop."
With her couture clothes, killer shoes and even more killer instinct, Londono is a natural for TV. The show cuts between her fast-paced career life and life at home with her supportive husband and two kids.
"I want to be big," she said unabashedly. "I call myself the Wal-Mart of real estate. I'll sell a $100,000 house as happily as I'll sell a one million dollar listing. To me, a dollar's a dollar and I'm grateful for each one I get."
Ms. Londono adds,"I want to be a brand, like Martha Stewart or Oprah. You never know where opportunity will take you."There is little doubt she will get her wish.

  • EDDIE BENITEZ
    DIVINE INSPIRATION
Eddie Benitez has been making news since the day he was born. According to a local legend in San Juan, PR, a strange cosmic event took place on November 11, 1962. Many observed the noonday sun dance across the sky as if in some kind of celestial celebration. At that very moment, Eddie Benitez was born. Perhaps not coincidence, as a legend had been born, with a fire dance in the sky, hinting at the electrifying world music to come forth from his humble beginning.
By the age of thirteen, Eddie had been playing for years, had studied classical guitar with Andres Segovia while living in Europe with his family. He then continued to teach himself, forming his own group, "Nebula," when he was just 12, and winning local battles of the bands in Brooklyn, where his family had since put down roots.
At 14, Eddie had record companies battling for his band to sign with them, eventually choosing Fania Records. Now a part of the Fania All-Stars, he was thurst onto the stage at Madison Square Guarden in 1976, performing with legends like Tito Puente, Charlie & Eddie Palmieri, and Mongo Santamaria. He then did something no one else had: He bridged Latin Jazz with the NYC Punk Rock scene, and was the first Latin recording artist to perform at the famous Punk Rock club, CBGB's, hanging with the likes of Debbie Harry, and The Ramones.
Eddie was diagnosed with cancer at the young age of 23, and after 3 years of treatments, was told he had only three months to live. What happened then remains unexplained: Eddie received a dramatic spiritual vision, during which a complete healing occurred. His cancer was spontaneously healed, baffling his doctors. This changed his life forever...to be continued.

  • KIMBERLIN BROWN
EVIL SHEILA: DEAD - OR ALIVE?
KIMBERLIN'S SOUND WAS LOW. PLEASE ADJUST ACCORDINGLY!
Though Kimberlin played a mother (to Kelly Monaco's character) in the daytime drama, "Port Charles," and Dr. Paige Miller in "One Life To Live," it is the evil character, 'Sheila Carter,' a seemingly unredeemable psychopath that everyone loved to hate, on both "The Young And The Restless," and "The Bold And The Beautiful" that fans remember.
I have had many requests to have her back on the show (she was on OWT on 7/11/08), and finally am able to bring her back to catch us up on her activities since she last appeared on "The Young And The Restless" in 2006.
Kimberlin has a successful design firm in the San Diego area. It was rumored in August of this year that 'Sheila' may be coming back to "The Bold And The Beautiful."

    LIFESTYLE & DESIGN
In the space of a few short years, Ronda Carman, editor of AlltheBestBlog.com, went from writing a part-time hobby blog to producing what many are now calling a ‘leading online resource’ that is read in over 75 countries and followed by thousands of regular readers.
All the Best Blog—‘A Passport to Stylish Living’ sports interviews with top people in the design field and has a devoted international following. More importantly for Carman, her blog has led her to develop a contact list that any public relations firm would envy – a fact that is being recognized by firms in the design field and the home products industry.
Ronda recently joined forces with SFERRA, a company dealing in luxury linens with over 500 specialty stores, including Nieman Marcus. Paul Hooker owns the company outright, and though privately owned, industry estimates put the annual SFERRA revenues at well over $25 million dollars.
Ronda is based in the UK and will be doing the interview live, from Scotland.
In addition, this week's "Design" show will include Lonni Paul, HGTV "Design Star" finalist, and a taped interview with Andrea Schroder, of Bravo's "Top Design," who is our Barcelona correspondent.
All new format with exciting regular contributors who are experts in a wide range of interests, from food, wine, design, style, & more.
