  • JOSH WOLF
    CHELSEA LATELY FAVORITE RETURNS
Josh Wolf started doing comedy in Seattle 12 years ago. After moving to Los Angeles, his unique, honest and high energy style of storytelling made him an instant favorite at The Improv, The Laugh Factory, and The world famous Comedy Store. He also caught the eye of network TV. After doing his first one man show at the HBO Workspace, Josh landed a two-year deal at 20th Century Fox and ABC for his own television show. Although his show never made the air, Josh learned so much from watching people develop and write scripts that he wrote one himself, titled, "Fairly Normal," which he sold to NBC. Having been bit by the writing bug, Josh wrote on sitcoms for the next four years for shows like "Yes, Dear," Will Smith's "All of Us," and "Cuts," starring Shannon Elizabeth. Instead of another season of writing, Josh decided he was tired of making other people funny and he jumped back into stand-up. He immediately got cast in "Last Comic Standing." Since then he has had acting roles on "All of Us," a recurring role on "My Name is Earl," and is a regular on the popular E! "Chelsea Lately" show.
This is Josh's third visit to the show.

    EXECUTIVE CHEF JASON BERTHOLD
Executive Chef, winemaker, and entrepreneur, Jason Berthold does it all, and very well, indeed. Berthold's style of cuisine is equal parts modern and disciplined. Rooted in classic training while not constrained by predisposed limitations or boundaries, Berthold thrives on delivering pure, vibrant flavors that showcase each ingredient with equal enthusiasm and respect.
As winemaker for his own label, "Courier," Chef Berthold strives for a balanced dance between plate and glass. It was his awareness, determination, and culinary creativity that led him to RN74, the recently opened San Francisco restaurant in the Mina Group of restaurants belonging to renowned chef Michael Mina.
Berthold's two menus have in common an emphasis on allowing each ingredient to shine, while ensuring that those unique flavors and textures mingle with the beauty and complexity of RN74's featured wines. Determined to provide guests with his own interpretation of culinary harmony, he has designed servings to perfectly complement the pour sizes of each wine glass, a "calculated sweet spot," according to Berthold.
Chef Berthold formerly worked under Thomas Keller at Keller's acclaimed "French Laundry" in the Napa Valley, as sous chef. He collaborates with Mina Group sommelier and vintner Rajat Parr in creating a seasonal wine-friendly menu at RN74.

Margo Reymundo, and her real life love, Ron "Tater Salad" White, of the famed "Blue Collar Comedy Tour." join us live tonight.
Margo Reymundo's first memory is singing before an audience of three hundred people at the age of four when the original singer backed Out due to stage fright. It was then she knew she would be a performer. Singing Pat Benetar songs at her Quinceanera celebration at the age of 15 reinforced that goal. Margo's "My Heart's Desire" CD was recently honored with the Muse's Muse Award for "Best CD Project In Any Category" for 2009. The six year old award was designed to honor the superior independent songwriting talents that often go unnoticed and unrewarded in indie music.
Ron "Tater Salad" White is best known as the cigar-smoking, scotch-drinking funnyman from the "Blue Collar Comedy" phenomenon. But with two Grammy nominations, a Gold Record, two of the top rated one-hour specials in Comedy Central history, a book that appeared on the NY Times Best Seller List, and CD and DVD sales of over 10 million, Ron has established himself as a star in his own right.

  • RANDALL GRAHM- BONNY DOON VINEYARD
In 1979, Randall Grahm set sail on a voyage to discover the "Great American Pinot Noir." Foundering on the shoals of astringency and lack of finesse, he eventually ran aground in an unexpected New World of Rhône and Italian grape varieties.
His journey, by way of UCSC, then working at the Wine Merchant in Beverly Hills, (where, sampling a large number of great French wines, he became a wine fanatic) to UC Davis to complete a degree in Plant Sciences, (he was regarded as a "holy terroir" in the hallowed halls of the sober, sedate Dept. of Viticulture) lead him back to the Santa Cruz mountains, where he purchased property in the quaint Scotland-like Bonny Doon.
The colorful Mr. Grahm, raconteur and bon vivant of vino, has been producing award-winning wines ever since, extending his reach to the Ca'del Solo vineyard in Monterey County, planted just beyond the state pen of Soledad's searchlight reach, where an ever-expanding roster of Italianate varieties, including nebbiolo, barbera, pinot grigio, dolcetto, and freisa grow.
Recipient of the "Professional of the Year" awards from both James Beard Foundation and Bon Appétit magazine, and inducted into the "Who's Who of Cooking in America" by Cook's magazine, Randall has a new book out "Been Doon So Long: A Randall Grahm Vinthology."
