  • OLIVIA- DWIGHT ROUNDS
ROCK AND ROLL began with the songbird voice and wild gyrations of Elvis Presley, but it came of age when the British pop groups invaded America led by The Beatles in 1964.
The world would never be the same. The youth movement was launched, girls swooned and fainted at the sight of Paul
McCartney shaking his moptop and older generations were
outraged. But rock and roll was here to stay.
Did the music cause the social revolution or was the other way around? No one knows, but what happened in the sixties changed the world forever by allowing us to "do our own thing" with sex, drugs and rock and roll.
In The Year the Music Died,
    author Dwight Rounds takes
us on a trip through those times,
the hey days of great pop music
from 1964 to 1972, by reminding
us of things long forgotten, (and
perhaps best left that way!) testing
our memories with trivia and letting
us reminisce about what it was like
    back in the day . . .
It is written for non-musical music lovers and treats the subject with a wry humor and a very different perspective than most other music books. The author pokes fun at musicians and some of the events of the time, which most music books tend to revere. website: www.animalstozombies.com/

  • OLIVIA- EDDIE ROSS OF TOP DESIGN
This is going to be a new Sunday show to be titled "Art Of Living," with Eddie, third runner-up in the most recent popular Bravo network show, "Top Design." He will be joining me with wonderful tips from decor to entertaining, (Eddie is a CIA graduate!), and it promises to be great fun. About Eddie: At only 30 years old, Eddie has already established himself in the television, catering and publishing industries. A native of Greenwich, CT and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Eddie began his career working in television, as a food editor on Martha Stewart Living and later as Associate Design Director for all in-house production at Food Network.
After a two-year stint running his own catering company, where he continued to refine his skills in decorating and entertaining, Eddie made the move to publishing. As Associate Decorating Editor at House Beautiful, he produced the popular “Weekend Shopper,” a monthly article in which he’d travel to flea markets around the country, finding new ways to use old things.
As the Senior Style Editor of Martha Stewart Living, Eddie continued to demonstrate a vast and impressive range of talents. From decorating and entertaining to food styling and flowers, Eddie produced consistently elegant stories that related to a variety of people’s tastes and budgets.
In 2008, after an appearance on Bravo's reality competition show "Top Design," Eddie, along with his partner Jaithan Kochar, co-founded Eddie Ross, LLC, offering interior design, event production and styling services.

  • Brittany Flickinger Wants You!
Brittany: I want you – to be
    MY online friend forever!
Do You Have What It Takes
    Paris Hilton's BFF's OFF?
If that headline has you doing a double take, don’t be alarmed; your eyes don’t deceive you. Here’s the deal: Tonight at 10 p.m. ET, Olivia Wilder welcomes back Brittany Flickinger, who in November won the title of Paris Hilton’s “New BFF” on the MTV reality series of the same name.
When Brittany dropped in last month, she adamantly dismissed rumors that Paris was giving her the cold shoulder. “We’re not married. We’re BFFs. Friends aren’t attached at the hip 24/7. And when we’re somewhere together and we’re not attached at the hip, they’re like, ‘Oh, no. They’re fighting,’” said Brittany, later adding: “I #$@!-ing practically live at her house!”
And to prove what a great “best friend forever” she is, Brittany now wants to be your BFF, too, or rather, "OFF," "Online Friend Forever." Do you have real friend qualities?
To qualify, simply email three reasons why you deserve to be Britt’s "OFF" to [email protected]. Then show up for the live show this evening to find out more.
Note: You MUST be preregistered for a listener account and signed in to chat or to call in and talk to Brittany. Type your area code in the chat room with "CALLING" to get through. 347-215-7536.
