The team experiences firsthand the incomprehensible horrors of the blasted Wastes outside of the Night City megalopolis. They soon discover that their struggles were pre-planned. They have been purposefully moved across a chessboard of another's making. The finality of their defeat -- or ultimate victory -- will change everything.
After a speedy set of spinal surgeries, the team is ready to rescue their friend Al Azif from the desert wastes. However, one of the Nomad leaders has other plans. The staging for the most awkward post-apocalyptic roadtrip is set!
It seems that the team may be facing a speedy and messy execution at the end of the Court's proceedings. They have one chance to advocate for their own innocence using their combined wit and wisdom. Will the team's cybered-up corpses soon decorate the Nomads' vehicles like so many gruesome hood ornaments?
What is Nomad Justice? After a particularly appalling and bloody battle, the team will most certainly find out as they are put on trial for their perceived involvement. Will being covered in the blood and viscera of their enemies be a help or a hindrance?
The team struggles against overwhelming odds! Mercenaries with uncreative nicknames have marked them for death, and things are looking grim. Agent Tower gleefully unleashes upon them as a deadly instrument of Shida Shiro's attempted fratricide, collateral damage be damned!

...and also probably gets horrifically maimed! Agent Tower attacks the group and has more than a few tricks up her sleeves -- will the team utilize strategy and forward-thinking to bring down a difficult foe, or just mash X and hope bad guy die?
The team sets their plan in motion and decides to return to the Night City Nomad Market to save their friends. It seems that their strategy has been predicted, however, and things once again get real in the desert wastes.
Nolan somehow finagles another posthumous message into our favorite boostergangers' lives, and the stakes continue to rise. The team takes a breather at the Netrunner bar, Short Circuit, and proceeds to enact their special version of strategic planning.
We pick right back up at the end of our last Arc! Zeh's fate is still uncertain. Andreas' brother holds hostage their Nomad friends. A Stranger has hijacked their comm van. And a father's legacy continues to dog every step.
