Today I'm sharing with you the full body relaxation exercise I learned when I was about 10 years old and still use today.  When you are struggling to fall asleep or you simply know that you're carrying a lot of stress in your body and you need a method for relaxing and calming your body, I'm here for you!

 

Relaxation is powerful and might be easier than you think.
