Processing emotions is difficult stuff - and it's really important for our mental and physical health.
We know that we shouldn't ignore our feelings or stuff them down so we forget about them, but what can we do otherwise?
Here's where EFT Tapping helps me. When I'm feeling sad or angry, I do a few rounds of silent tapping. Tapping uses acupressure points to clear the energy flow in our bodies and that helps us to process and move through emotions.
