This is officially the last episode of season 2, and we are going out with SUCH a great episode. Today, we are talking with Rae Szereszewski. She is a sex educator in Canada who just opened up a sexuality coaching practice! I know we have listeners from all over the world here so don’t worry, she can work with anyone. She also runs workshops, is a latex designer, has her own podcast, and has overall been working in this space for almost a decade.
In this episode, we talk about the importance of taking care of our sexual health. This includes exploring and expressing our sexuality, communicating wants and needs, listening to others' wants and needs, etc. Sexual health is more than just how/who you spend your alone time with...being in tune with this part of our life is important for our mental, emotional, and physical health. So here is Rae to overall talk about how sexual health is health.

We've been surrounded by media telling us to "not eat XYZ foods", "don't eat at XYZ times", or "if you're craving chocolate, just eat almonds!".
Kate (RDN) and Steph (CPT) are hopping on the podcast today to give a big "F that". Your body is incredible and knowing what it needs, when it needs it, and how much it needs of it. And sometimes, all it needs is a damn piece of cake.
Kate explains to us the types of hunger we experience, how to manage our hunger, and why we should listen to our hunger... all with the goal of becoming more intuitive eaters. If you've ever struggled with thoughts like "I'm craving chocolate, but I shouldn't" and overall "food policing" yourself, this is absolutely an episode to listen to!
Here is an example of the hunger scale that Kate references throughout the podcast :)

Today we are speaking with Dr. Erin Ellis, NMD jamming on all things hormones! She's a Naturopathic Doctor who was initially introduced to the profession during her own journey of kicking cancer's ass. She explains how Naturopaths go beyond what typical doctors search for, and how they do the work to find the true cause of a problem instead of prescribing a bandaid solution.
Even further, we talk specifically about hormones and about how so many women accept symptoms that they don't have to deal with. Meaning...cramps, heavy periods, hormonal acne, etc. are NOT normal. Listen to this episode to learn more!
