This week on SA Voices From the Field we interviewed Dr. Talea Drummer-Ferrell. She is the Assoiate Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students at Kent State University. She has been involved in many aspects student affairs. Throughout her career her focus has been on advocacy, leadership, academics, diversity and the empowerment of the indivudual student. We have a wonderful conversation with her today about her career and more.
