On Deck is a baseball podcast specializing in MiLB coverage. On Deck is part of the Prospects Live podcast network and can be found on all podcast streaming apps. Every week, Nate, Rhys, and Drew will talk about what’s on their mind- baseball or not.

In episode one, the guys come out of the gate hot, discussing Rhys’ podcast walkup songs in a cold open. Next, multiple minor league performances and promotions are analyzed, followed by MLB talk, where the trio reveal who their biggest surprises and disappointments are in 2025. A mock draft is then conducted on Prospect Live’s mock draft tool, where Rhys and Drew recommend who they would take at the top of the draft. The episode concludes, as always, with ‘what’s on your mind?’ A segment where the guys forget about baseball and have an open mic and even more open ears.
