In this episode I talk about my experience volunteering as harm reduction at Shambhala Music Festival. My 5th year attending and my first year on crew I reflect on my experience of being a festival attendee, and my experience of the "Sanctuary", the festival's safe space.

I worked in a safe space that supported festival attendees through various mental health episodes and "psy-crises". The details I discuss will not involve any of the guests I worked with due to this information being confidential. Instead, I will speak more broadly about my experience of the festival and what motivated me to volunteer as a "sanctuary worker".
