Meet Sarah Best, the woman behind Canada's most exclusive cannabis supper club. Based in Toronto, Sarah's company, Dirt, launched in 2018. Sarah had been working in hospitality and events for a while and she wanted something to call her own. Hailing from Alberta, Canada, Aja is an environmental scientist turned entrepreneur who founded Drizzle honey for the love of honey bees, local agriculture, and natural, healthy products. After getting her degree, she led agricultural research projects, which introduced her to the world of growing agriculture in urban environments (for instance, rooftops, living walls, and more). She worked with restaurants to help move their research along and create healthy recipes with sustainable ingredients. One day, Aja found herself on a rooftop beekeeping project, sampling honey from all over the world. This was the spark that made her fall in love with bees and honey.
