Welcome back!! Before you start wondering; no the friendship hasn't split up and no the podcast hasn't ended (good news, we know). This month of July has been a busy one for both Ajit and Nikeen, with Ajit returning to full time at work and Nikeen finishing up his studies at university.

The boys are back with something a little bit different this week! In light of Mental Health Awareness Week 2021 (10th-16th May) Ajit and Nikeen sat down and had a candid talk about Mental Health Awareness and the stigmas associated with it. They picked 5 of the more known about Mental Health disorders and broke them down. This is very different to the usual Guylemmas episodes but we felt it needed to be talked about and this week has given us the perfect opportunity to open up and talk about it and our experiences.
