In Episode Two, we feature FCSI member Tarah Schroeder from Ricca Design Group located in Denver, Colorado.

Tarah is a snowboarding, rock climbing, music-playing Coloradan. This week Wade learns about Tarah's interest in sustainability and her work with Children's Rescue Mission in Honduras.

Tarah has experience in foodservice management, facility design, and project supervision. She also sits on the USGBC Western Regional Council as the Colorado representative.

Our first episode features a long-time FCSI member Scott Reitano from Reitano Design Group, located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Scott believes Reitano Design Group should be a "national voice" for consultants and operators in K-12 education settings. "We can do something about [obesity] if we can set people up for success by the physical space with which kids are presented the food."
