Jim was appointed CEO of AVITA Medical in September 2022, after serving on the Board since June 2021. He brings nearly 40 years of leadership experience in the medical device field, most recently as CEO of CathWorks Ltd., a software-based medical technology company.

Over the course of his career, Jim has served as CEO of three publicly listed companies and led two privately funded companies in the same role.
