Today's episode is a reaction to the recent hate crime demonstrated towards the Asian American community, particularly the murder of 8 women in Atlanta. How are you responding to that? 

We cannot be okay with this. What are we doing out here?

We need to challenge ourselves to critically assess our positions, platforms, and relationships. We also need to have those crucial conversations and challenge ourselves to better and be better. How can they be at a higher standard? 

Let's create space to lament, learn, and act in ways that increase belonging. If we are not, how will we do that today?
