Yeah yall, I am still tripping.... and that's ok! In life we will not be 100% on our game all the time
What are we going to do in the midst of it?
This episode is a real-time reflection on my current struggle with inadequacy and my plan to navigate through it.
If you struggle with feeling inadequate too, I would love to hear your thought process in the midst of it!

This episode is all about gratitude. Plain and simple.
Despite the challenges that are out of my control (Pacific Northwest ice storms, Covid pandemic, failed external hard drives), I wanted to take a moment to speak on the areas I am grateful for. That includes the unavoidable change in routine I've had to experience.
This time is tough for everyone. Extend some grace for yourself and others as you navigate through it. And be sure you are not going through it alone.
Take a listen to the Forced Reset and let me know what you are grateful for during this trying season.

Well, happy first week of January 2021.
This episode is specifically focused on the coup at the US Capitol on January 6th. The focus is less on the disbelief of the event, but more on the lessons that we can pull as a leader in that space.
Plus, I saw a connection from The Lorax that can help us be better problem solvers. I hope this episode helps us reflect on what we can do to do better.
Let me know what you think.
