What are you struggling with right now, and how are you facing it?
So often when we encounter difficulty, we respond by criticizing ourselves, judging our reactions, or believing we should be handling things better than we are. Yet the very compassion we offer to friends, family, and even strangers is the same compassion we often withhold from ourselves. Somewhere along the way, we leave ourselves out of the equation.
In this episode, we pause and reflect on how we are meeting our struggles. Are we responding with harshness, or understanding; with judgement or with grace?
I appreciate your being here with me.

We move through our lives as if they will go on forever. But what if we truly remembered that they won't?
In this episode, we explore how remembering our impermanence can clarify what matters, shift how we spend our time, and soften what we may cling to. When we live with an awareness of death, we don't become fearful, we become intentional.
As always, I appreciate your presence here with me.
Grateful,

What in your life matters so deeply that if you stopped tending to it, you would eventually lose it?
In this episode of On The Path, we explore the quiet reality that what we neglect does not stay the same; it slowly fades.--and not materially, but rather meaningfully. The relationships, values, inner peace, and sense of purpose that give our lives depth require attention and preservation.
Thank you for being with me today.
Grateful,

In this gentle reflection, we explore the truth that while sadness, grief, anxiety, and hardship are real parts of life, they are not who we are. So often we over-identify with our experiences and lose sight of our deeper nature. This episode is an invitation to recognize the impermanence of all emotional states — to let them arise, move, and pass without clinging or ingesting them. You are more than any passing moment.
Thank you for being here with me.

Living with cancer can bring people to a point where continuing treatment feels more exhausting than hopeful. This episode pauses to reflect on the reality of treatment fatigue, the weight of deciding whether to stop, and the importance of honoring what is true for the person diagnosed. It invites loved ones to loosen their grip on their own fears and desires, and instead offer presence, trust, and compassion as the one diagnosed faces hard decisions.
Thank you for your presence.

In today's episode, Fixing Isn’t Emotional Availability, we explore how we learn to fix, manage, and solve—often with good intentions—and how that habit can quietly damage our connections. This episode is a reminder that people don’t need to be fixed; they need to be seen, heard, and validated. Not fixing is a practice, not a perfection—and it’s something we can keep learning together.

Anger is a Thief explores how anger quietly robs us of our presence, our time, and our joy. We look at the many ways anger takes root, and how it can pull us out of the moment without us even realizing it. This episode is about reclaiming presence, softening old patterns, and creating more space for clarity, peace, and freedom. Thank you for being here with me.

Wherever you go, your mind comes too. This episode invites a kinder look at how it travels with you.
Our minds are constant companions, shaping how we experience every moment. In this episode, we explore mindfulness, self-awareness, and gentle self-inquiry as ways to better understand the mind and learn how to move through life with more ease and compassion.

What if the year ahead isn’t something to conquer, fix, or resolve—but something to cultivate? In this episode, I introduce the idea of a cultivation board—an intentional practice that turns inward, focusing less on outcomes and more on the qualities, energy, and inner landscape you want to tend. This is a softer, truer alternative to resolutions—especially for seasons of grief, transition, or going from doing to being.
