In this episode, we get real about love, connection, and the quiet compromises many women make in the name of tradition, comfort, or fear of starting over. • What Are Your Blindspots?

When you pause and give thought to your life, what are the things that you know, deep down, that you're avoiding or that you're not seeing clearly? Those are blindspots--the very things we tend to avoid, turn away from, or make excuses for so as to not have to face or deal with them. Yet, these are the very things that adversely impact our lives and the lives of those around us.

In this episode we take a look at our blindspots. We begin to explore what's under our behavior so that we can grow in awareness and practice change. What shows up in our lives does so for a reason. When we turn toward rather than away, we come to see many things, including our strength; we are withstanding. We can handle hard things.

Thank you for taking a moment with me today.

  • Interdependence: Navigating Control and Disappointment

Who do you become when you're unable to control the behavior of others, and of places, processes, and outcomes? What is your practice for navigating the disappointment that inevitably comes when you find yourself unable to move the needle in any direction? In today's episode, we peel back some of those layers with an eye toward knowing ourselves better, seeing what's behind our behavior, and working toward change. Thank you for taking a moment to join me. I appreciate you.
