In our very first episode of On the Porch with Munchies and Tay Tay, Munchies and Tay Tay sit down for an honest, emotional and sometimes hilarious conversation about life, the things we go through behind closed doors and what it takes to find your way forward.
This episode is especially meaningful because Tay Tay is finally sharing more of her story and explaining where she has been over the last several years and why she is joining Munchies on this journey now.
There is laughter. There are tears. There are difficult moments and some priceless bloopers. Most importantly, there is a reminder that no matter how dark things may get, there can still be light at the end of the tunnel.
We decided to have this conversation because we know there are people out there facing circumstances similar to Tay Tay’s, and there are others facing struggles of their own who may feel alone or wonder if things will ever get better.
We want you to know that your story is not over.
This is a place for real conversations, hard truths, a little humor and the kind of hope that comes from knowing you are not the only one who has been through something difficult.
We’re just getting started, so come sit a spell, get comfortable and join us on the porch

From warning signs that were missed to systemic failures that left children vulnerable, we break down what happened and what might prevent the next case.
