In January, Agweek kicked off the annual Agweek Livestock Tour. Our reporters have been bringing you the stories of livestock producers across the region, and you can hear from six unique operations.

We'll take you to a South Dakota ranch that has simplified its feeding with a bale grazing system. We'll hear from a Minnesota ranch using wagyu genetics to produce premium meat products. Then we'll visit a North Dakota ranch that has used regenerative rotational grazing concepts since before they were cool and a Minnesota ranch that calves early on Minnesota concrete. Finally, we'll learn about a North Dakota seedstock operation that is transitioning to the next generation and hear from a Minnesota man who is producing high protein meat with rabbits.
