Health has become very important to me since losing my father. I talk about what motivated me to start taking care of myself physically and losing 20 pounds over the span of 4 months!
For the month of February, I share my grievance after witnessing my father's death. His passing hit me like a block, and it was very difficult dealing with his death. I discuss what steps I took towards processing the loss of my father.
January episode covers the reason why I took the year 2021 off from podcasting and coaching. I discuss the moments I spent before, during, and after my father's passing.
I'm back and ready to share my challenges in 2021! Season 6 will be devoted to updating you guys on my current mental health, past events covered in previous seasons, and from 2021! Look forward to an exciting new season!

On today's podcast, I am joined with a very good friend of mine, Alberto (also known as BeawBeaw Gaming). He and I met through a singles night event that I hosted for a Facebook group we both are apart of. Since then, we have gotten closer to each other and have become very good friends together, along with the other participants we met during the event. Through our times spent together, we've learned so much about our shared interests and commonalities, and among one of them is our experiences with depression.
Tune in today's episode to hear from the unique perspective of a dear friend who's experienced depression from a young age, how he copes with it today, and how you can discover signs of depression for yourself or for someone you feel may be going through depression.

Sometimes it seems like just when we're about to get comfortable or feel good about our lives, something happens and flips the table. It's frustrating. It's saddening because it seems that no matter how much we try, we just can't get to where we want to be.
Today's episode focuses on how I used to feel about challenges, and what I do now to keep me going.
Don't give up! Your story has only just begun!
Welcoming you back after a month hiatus! What did I do while on a break? I celebrated! I enjoyed my life as much as I could, and in doing so, I discovered that living life just isn't about the end prize, it's about enjoying every second of it. Today's episode highlights turning 30 and the meaning of life.

Today I share some coping methods on how I process my emotions. I've had a lot of things happen recently that could have turned on my depression again but with these coping skills and months of practicing them, I was able to cope through a lot of the emotional turmoil.
A big message that I want to convey is "Don't be afraid of your emotions". They exist to help us be aware of our surroundings and ourselves. Emotions are what makes our lives real and worth living. Once we understand our emotions, we must practice gratitude for them. Being grateful for being alive and for ourselves is very hard to do, however, it's not impossible. Gratitude allows us to be truly happy for what we have and what we can have.
