Sydney Weymouth, Social Media Manager for The Shark Group, discusses current social trends and the perks of being a social media manager. She works with such personalities as Daymond John from ABC’s Shark Tank, Award-winning actress Catherine Zeta-Jones, as well as numerous other brands ranging from skincare to hospitality.

Kwani Lunis, current Social Media Coordinator for NBC Sports Boston, goes in depth about her extensive background in sports journalism, and being so successful at a young age! She graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and is now taking over Boston's sports journalism scene and stoping in to give us the inside look at her career.

Finally back after a busy holiday shopping season, Lindsay has Jess Callahan in the shop to talk about her job at iHeartRadio, working at 101.7 The Bull, and interviewing popular country artists. But first she talks how she got there and the process she had to go through!

On this first interview style episode Lindsay brings on our first guest Eliza Shirazi of Kick It by Eliza, a popular fitness class in the Boston area that involves a mix of kickboxing and a music-driven group fitness method. Through her classes she hopes to empower what she has rightfully called her Fempire of badass women. Eliza discusses how she built this empire of hers, what's next for her, and advice for fellow entrepreneurs and girlbosses.
