Johannes is an avid bio-hacker, who grew up in the Netherlands & his journey to become a Wim Hoff Method instructor now based here in Australia on the beaches of Sydney is one of the most unique we have had the pleasure of sharing. A health nut who's drawn to learning and has practiced a wide range of holistic philosophies and approaches to self-care, and found the WHM when he needed it the most. In a time when our world is chaotic, there's enforced periods of isolation & uncertainty is rife, this podcast is just what you need to hear, to take back control over your mental & physical states through some of the breathing practises Johannes speaks about.

A well travelled, thoroughbred entrepreneur, Searsy embodies the One Life philosophy & through this podcast we hope a bit of his incredible human spirit rubs off. Over a few red wines we got together and delved into each other's stories. First cab off the rank was Josh. We will let the podcast do the speaking, but the consistent theme you will hear throughout his story is one of Resilience. Very real chat with our good friend Jharal and it flowed like a river. We chatted in depth on the journey Jharal has been on and opened up on the things that he is incredibly passionate about.

Former professional Rugby League great who's unreal career was cut to short through injury, still heavily involved in the game with the Brisbane Broncos managing the Broncos media side, and bringing an aspect to the game that hasn't been seen before, giving value to the clubs fans.

Jharal's character is very strong, positive, open and resilient. His character has been tested at times through his life and he's always come out better and stronger than ever which says a lot about him as a person.

Outlook on life is very important and we are inspired by Jharal's outlook and way he helps those around him be happier and be better every day. We were so keen to get Jharal on to chat Because we knew he'd bring a lot of value, and this episode does exactly that.
