It’s very important to have kavana when you say אשר יצר, so DONT RUSH through it 🚽

-it’s a bracha and a tefillah that encompasses all of a persons health, not just the ability to use the bathroom

Way the name י-ה-ו-ה is pronounced: 🗣️

‎א-ד-נ-י= NAME AS PRONOUNCED- When you say the name of Hashem as pronounced (AH-DOH-NAI) , have in mind that ה is the אדון הכל (master of all in the world and beyond) 👑

‎י-ה-ו-ה= NAME AS WRITTEN- ❌NEVER try to read the name as it’s written, it is COMPLETELY ASSUR!!! But the kavana of these letters is “He was, He is, He will be” which you should THINK as you read the name as (AH-DOH-NAI)

✅The Vilna Gaon says you only have to focus on the kavana א-ד-נ-י, which is “אדון הכל“ in general Brachos, so don’t worry about both kavanos if it’s too hard

If you scratch your scalp, you need to wash your hands 💆🏻‍♂️

-this is only if you SCRATCH (not just touch) the part under your kippa 🤌

-if you scratch or touch any other part of your head than you are fine 🫨

-if you are learning than you should wipe your hands on the table or with a cloth, but if your davening you ideally should wash 💦

1) The שולחן ערוך says that a bathroom has a רוח רע which rests on your hands, and you need to wash your hands when you exit ♨️

2) So, do you need to wash from a cup three times on both sides? 💦⁉️

-The משנה ברורה says you need to wash and the Zohar say you need to do it 3 times ✅

-HOWEVER, nowadays our bathrooms have a different status than bathrooms of the past because they are much cleaner 🧹🚽

-So, you need to wash your hands but not with a כלי 🧽 but its good to be strict since its not difficult

1) The Zohar Hakodosh says that a person should be careful not to walk 4 אמות without washing נטילת ידיים 🚷

-Because, you have an impure spirit- רוח רע- on your hands 🙌

-However, go to the bathroom first if you need to 🚽

2) So, do you literally need to wash נטילת ידיים within 4 אמות of your bed?? 🤷‍♂️

-Certain poskim say that your entire house is considered your “four אמות” 🏠

-The psak is that it’s nice to have a washing station right by your bed, but it’s not necessary 🚿🚿

1) You should always get dressed by putting on the RIGHT ➡️ side before the left side

-You should put your right arm, leg, etc. into the clothing first 💪🦵

-The reason is because the right side represents Hashem’s חסד ☺️ and Hashem runs the world out of his kindness 👍👍

2) You should put your right shoe on first, but you should tie the left shoe first 👞🥾👟

-Because, we tie our Teffilin with our left arm 👈

1) Right after מודה אני you should wash נטילת ידים 💧

🥇1st- fill up the cup while it’s in your right hand 🫱

🥈2nd- transfer the cup to the left hand 🫲

🥉3rd- pour once to the right, once to left, once to right, once to left, once to right and once to left 🫱🫲🫱🫲🫱🫲 and make the bracha

2) There are three main reasons why we wash נטילת ידים

1️⃣ you may have touched a covered part of your body while you were sleeping

2️⃣ you are like a brand new creation when you wake up 🌅

3️⃣ there is a רוח רע- impure spirit- while you sleep

1) First thing you should do when you wake up is say מודה אני ☀️

-You DONT need to wear a kippa or wash נטילת עדים before saying it ❌

2) DONT say ראשית חכמה until after you wash 🚫

3) A person should get up in the morning with force like a LION in order to beat the יצר הרע 🦁👊
