    Colin Dobson-Fox is one half of the “Foxes Afloat” YouTube channel.  

    It follows Colin, an autistic ex-radio presenter, and his husband, Shaun, who sold their home and built a brand new canal narrowboat named the Silver Fox. They live aboard full time and travel the UK canal network as continuous cruisers, campaigning for mental health issues along the way.

    Their channel “Foxes Afloat” follows their travel vlogs of canal journeys, some beautiful English countryside, and everything that goes with a life cruising the canal network.

    Listen to find out why they sold up and jumped into life as narrowboaters and if Colin’s diagnosis of Autism changed his life. Oh… and what happens when a boat smashes into the side of your beautiful new narrow boat!

    Jamie Gold went from couch potato to endurance athlete and along the way lost 45kgs (100 pounds).

    This inspirational weight loss journey saw Jamie overcome body image issues, a divorce and finding herself again through endurance sports and endurance races such as Spartan races. After conquering a 22 hour hike up the tallest mountain in the United States lower 48, Mount Whitney, Jamie is now training to hike one of the highest mountains in the world, Mt Kilimanjaro.

    Jamie has her own Wellness Design Consultancy and is the author of “Wellness by Design” Simon & Schuster/Tiller Press. This is her story.

    Brittany’s is story is one that you should only find in a movie theatre. A story of absolute resilience. Now happily living in Ireland, the first 17 years of Brittany’s life were spent in America and saw her dealing with an alcoholic mother which led to a stint in foster care. With a father in prison Brittany’s uncle was the main male figure in her life and remains a constant support to this day. However her unstable home life and an absent father resulted in her becoming the victim of mental and physical abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence. However through this she found love and it was this love that allow her to find her way out of the cycle of abuse.
    Brittany’s autobiography titled ‘Resilience’ is due to be released June 2021.

    Simone Yemm is a survivor. Having battled disordered eating her entire life. She is now in the best mental health of her life and wants to share her story. We discuss her remarkable turnaround from the days when her eating disorder was out of control which included 2 suicide attempts, a history of self harming and 3 inpatient stays.

    Her dysfunctional relationship with food started at a very young age. This is the first entry in her baby book from her mother - she was 4 weeks old.

    "She has red hair, blue eyes, lashes darkening. Is beautiful now, though all her double chins are marring her beauty at present. We love her though. We will have to slim her down soon, I can see that."
