This week my guest in Jessica Calzaretta.  In addition to being a Vice President at Insight Global, Jess is a founding member of their Women's Leadership Council.  She has help reshape an organization that is 70% female.  She has been featured in articles in SIA, Fortune and Forbes.  Jess was most recently named one of the 150 most powerful women in staffing.  I ask Jess what mistakes she has seen leaders make most often in her expereience.

This week I talk to Mike Fromhold.  Mike is the Executive Vice President at Insight Global.  He has also completed SealFit's KOKORO, the world's most powerful and challenging physical, mental and emotional training available to civilians.  KOKORO was modeled after the Navy SEAL's famous hell week.  Each trainee is seeking to tap into strengh and resolve that is twenty times what they had previously thought accessible.  I ask Mike what is the hardest thing for a leader to do?
