**Correction Note: At around 20:45 Drew says that I’m Waiting for the Man is the first song on the album and he realized after we finished recording that he was totally wrong. Sunday Morning is the first song on The Velvet Underground & Nico. Drew apologizes, please save the hate mail for your elected officials.

Steve and Drew both reminisce about their own grandparents and can’t help but notice that this song was sampled for a 90’s hit
**Correction Note: Towards the end of the episode, Steve tells a story about his grandfather visiting the site of a plane crash at O’Hare airport. Steve said the crash happened in the early 90’s and involved a Boeing 747. Although his grandfather did in fact go to the site of the crash, Steve couldn’t have been more wrong on the details. Please forgive his mistake. After recording, he looked up the crash and realized his error. The crash was in 1979 at O’Hare International Airport in Chicago and involved a DC-10 that crashed shortly after takeoff. If interested in learning more about it, please visit this link.
Drew shares a nostalgia driven song off of one of his all-time favorite albums and Steve is reminded of that awful uncle everyone seems to have.
Steve fawns over one of his favorite guitar players and Drew reveals the dangers of listening to this song alone and in the dark.
Hosts Drew Baro and Steve Grigoletti have spent most of their friendship talking about popular music. For years, Steve and Drew would sit at their favorite drinking establishments and go back and forth picking songs on the jukebox. A flurry of opinions, jokes, nostalgia, criticism and good-hearted debate would follow. This podcast aims to capture the spirit of those nights.
