  • How To Price Your Group Coaching Program

How To Price Your Group Coaching Program

Are you not sure of where to land when it comes to pricing your high-level coaching program?

    Well,

Have no fear because I’ll be sharing with you the five strategies to help you land on the perfect price for your group coaching program.

This is step four of a five-part series, helping you create, launch, and sell your high-level coaching program. I used the exact five steps to pave out of my living from pay-check to pay-check to creating my program and landing $11,964 in just five days.

If you missed steps one, two, and three of the five episodes, I highly recommend going back and have a read. Over there, you will learn how to get crystal clear on your promise to clients, how to outline and identify your process to help them, and how to package your first group coaching program, respectively.

I’m so happy and grateful that you’ve taken your time to dive into this five-part series. Not only have I proved it in my own business’s health, but also to one of my clients who barely afforded $5 for an initial coffee meet-up and was facing eviction. She went through the series and successfully turned her life around, earning her $200,000 in her first year of high-level coaching.

    So,

If she can do it, if I can do it, you can do it!

Here are the five quick strategies to help you land on the perfect price for your program.

    • Identify your value results, both tangible and intangible.

Write down both the tangible and the intangible value results that your prospective clients will get from going through your program. Some of the intangible values include a sense of peace, joy, and freedom. Tangible costs are things you can quantify. Examples include an increased number of clients, increased sales, and the number of inches lost around their waist.

    • Identify the financial value of your own experience and expertise.

If you have the experience of helping people in your professional life, in your regular 9-5 job, where you earn $50 per hour, for example, and you’re just paving it into your side hustle, then you could hold yourself still at that $50 per hour value.

If you’re entirely a newbie, you just decided into navigating the coaching world; for your high-level group coaching program, I recommend that you go anywhere from $497 to $997 for a start.

For experts who have a proven background, education backed, professional development, and who have gotten their clients’ real-life results, you can price your monthly coaching program anywhere from $2500 to $3000.

These are just suggestions. Ultimately, the best strategy that can work is, find a quiet place, calm yourself, take a deep breath, and then ask yourself the question, “What’s the perfect price for my program?” And then listen, your intuition will give you an answer, it might be in the form of a whisper, but you will get an answer.

Jot that number down, pen to paper, and then give it a day or so and see if it feels okay. Do know that, even if you get one number, you can always change it. You’re the boss; there are no rules.

    • Think about the goals

If you work currently in a 9-5 gig, and you’re trying to turn your side hustle coaching into a full-time salary, then you need to set targets that will make the equivalent of what your 9-5 gig is. If you’re earning about $50,000 in a year, and you’re ready to ditch your 9-5 gig, then set that target goal of $50,000 or more.

Remember, you’re the boss; there’s no right or wrong answer here. Reverse engineer your target goal and ask yourself, “How much time do I want to spend with each of my clients in this high-level group coaching program? How much can I charge them that I would feel comfortable? How many people do I want to serve?”

    • Understand conversion rates

In the online marketing world, especially if you’re a newbie, you need to learn that if you’re going to rely on just email marketing, your conversion rate is about 1%. Whenever you decide to land on your ideal number of clients inside of your group coaching program, you need to divide that by 1% so that you know how many people you need to reach via email to have a shot at closing that sale at that price.

If you’re going to do more of the old school, when you’re just beginning, and you have no email list, I highly recommend you do this. It’s exactly what I did to land my first round of clients and to successfully create, launch, and sell my group coaching program within a week.

A typical conversion for over the phone closure is 25% to 75%. If you’re terrible and you’re closing with 25%, and you aim to enroll ten students, that means you’re going to speak to at least 40 people.

    • Set up a merchant account

You can use something like Skrill, Stripe, or whatever account works for you. Do factor in that your merchant account does take a 3% service fee. When you’re reverse calculating your target goal, and you’re landing on that perfect price for yourself, make sure to consider that 3% fee.

    Conclusion

There is no wrong or right answer for creating your perfect price for your program. It’s okay to try something out and change it later.

When it comes to creating your own coaching business, there are no rules. You’re the boss; you decide.

  • Group Coaching | Create, Launch & Sell Your High-Ticket Offer in 5 Simple Steps

How To Earn $ 11,964 Or More, In 5 Days or Less, Working Smarter, And Not Harder.

Are you feeling overwhelmed or burned-out from chasing clients and trying to deliver on the promise? Have you been thinking about starting a group coaching program, specifically a high ticket one? If that is the case, you're in the right place.

In this episode, I'm going to share with you my five-step proven methods on exactly what to do to create, launch, and sell your high-level group coaching program.

This method is the exact strategy that I used to stop living by pay-check to pay-check and successfully sold $11 964 in less than one week.

Here are five proven methods to create, launch, and sell your group coaching program:

    • Get crystal clear on your promise
    • Outline your process
    • Packaging
    • Setting the exact right price for your program
    • It's all about the pitch

I will discuss more deeply about step one in this blog post.

Getting crystal clear to your promise

What's the same transformation that you, your product, your service, in this case, your group coaching program will help your client achieve?

Think of it as a new explorer trying to navigate new lands. You've never built this coaching program before, you might be having an idea, and you're hoping to get there, but you're not exactly sure.

In getting crystal clear, you have to identify three key areas:

    • Who do you want to help?
    • What do you want to help them with?
    • Why do you want to help them?

When I first started my business, I was taking on anyone and everyone. I was making a little money.

No matter where you are in business, you have to choose that one ideal type of person that you want to serve and come up with that core problem that you want to help.

It wasn't until I got crystal clear in my business that I meant to help the busy mums and professionals who want to lose weight and feel great, gain strength in their bodies, and gain strength in their minds.

And until I got clear on the same transformation that I offered, that's when my business took over from zero to six figures in just under six months.

I want you to be thinking not only about whom you're feeling called to serve, why you want to help them but most importantly, the exact transformation you want them to have.

When it comes to crafting your perfect power statement, there are four core elements that you need to include:

    1. The desired result- What exactly  your potential group coaching clients want to achieve. What's that thing that they're hoping to be or to have? Is it something that you can confidently deliver?
    2. Determine the time frame that's the realistic amount of time to accomplish the desired result that your coaching program will deliver on. Nail down the time frame that you feel confident that you can help your prospective client go from where they're to where they want to be in that specific allotted time.
    3. Identify the core benefit- Whatever the solution you're offering, drive home the core benefits. Drill it down and make it more specific, something that your ideal client can relate to
    4. Identify the core challenge or the fear-Make sure you highlight your ideal client core problems or difficulties. Think about whom your perfect client is and the ultimate transformation you're going to provide for them.
    5. Wrapping up

To get crystal clear to your promise, you need to think about whom your ideal client is, and the ultimate transformation you will provide to them. It would be best to think of what problem you want to solve and what you want to help them.

  • How to Get Your New Online Coaching Business Noticed

You want to help amplify your income and impact by sharing your knowledge with others.

You’ve decided to start a coaching business, but how do you get the word out?

With answers to anyone's questions, only a fingertips away, how do you stand out as the go-to coach?

How do you not only get your new coaching business noticed, but how do you get a steady stream of new clients lined up around the block eager and ready to do business with you?

In this episode, I'm to share my five steps to building a credible coaching business and getting the word out FAST.

This is the EXACT process I took to build my business from $0 to 6-figures in just six months.

    INTRO MUSIC**

There’s so much excitement in building a coaching business and working with clients you love. You CAN believe the hype because it IS possible to make a business you love without working 80 hours a week, but it involves some upfront work.

If you take these steps, you’ll be on the right track to building a thriving community, clients that love and respect you, AND steady, increasing income.

5 steps to building your coaching business

The most overlooked step out there is the one that can impact your business and be the difference between reaching the top and falling flat on your face.

Many people stay in the hobby stage for far too long only because they’re unwilling to take this step.

Look down right now. See where your feet are? Be ok with starting from where you are.

To grow your business, you have to build from where you are.

[STORY ABOUT HERO CLIMBING STAIRS & RADIO ACTIVE SPIDER]

Don't sit around, waiting for your business to take off. Get up and take action. Now!

    Step 1: Identify your U.S.P.

No one likes a copy cat, and in today’s world, the unique are celebrated.

Tell me what Oprah, Ellen Degeneres, Kim K, and Donald Trump all have in common?

    Brand Power.

Love them or hate them; they’ve done a phenomenal job to rise above the crowd and build themselves a powerful brand.

Their fan base is so strong they could choose to sell almost anything without effort.

No, I’m not talking striving to reach celebrity status here (well maybe for a few of you), but I am talking about discovering how to leverage your U.S.P. to gain a steady stream of new clients and sell more with less effort.

    Identify your superpower? Ask yourself...
    • What am I good at?
    • What can I do easily?
    • What do people ask me all of the time?
    • How do I help people?
    • What sets me apart from the others solve this problem?

Step 2: Leverage your current circle of influence.

Talk to people you know. Get out in your local community. Offer to help people. If you have an audience already, then talk to your most engaged people on the phone.

(Note: This is just a genuine conversation about why they come to you, how you help them.

Talk to people who are your ideal clients. Listen more than you speak.

Ask them what they are struggling with, what they’ve tried before, what has worked and then not worked, and what kind of help do need. Take notes!

Where can you find these people?
    • In-person
      • Your friends + family (ONLY people who fit the bill of people you want to help + work with)
      • Your local community
    • Online: Give content that your people need for free. Give it to them where they are with no ask or requirements.
    • Collaborations: Do you know anyone who has an audience of people who could benefit from what you have to offer?

Step 3: Build Your Credibility  One of the best ways to build your credibility fast is by publishing a book. These days your book is your business card. And the cool thing is, that you don't have to wait around for a publisher to offer you a book deal.

    Nope.

You can take back the power by showing the world that you're serious about what you do. Self-publishing is easy and not nearly as taboo as it once was.

In fact, in my signature course, the Income Amplifier, I show you step-by-step how to get paid to write and publish a book like this...(insert STEP UP).

    Step 4: Share & Ask

The BEST way to get the word out about your business is by firstly being focused primarily on service.

Then create content (blog posts, videos, workshops, phone calls, pdfs, emails, etc.) to share those answers with people.

    Then activate the 3:1 rule.

    Share. Share. Share. Ask.

Serve others and then let them know how they can work with you more closely.

    What to do:
    • Gather experience.
    • Be extremely helpful.
    • Listen to what people need help with.
    • Figure out who you like working with.
    • Keep it lean. You don’t need to invest in expensive or fancy tools at this stage.
    • Just START. Get out there.
    What not to do:
    • Spam your friends and family.
    • Use Facebook Ads if you don’t know what you’re doing.
    • Procrastinate by creating fancy imagery or websites.

You may have to start helping people out for free or for less money than you would like, but that is OKAY! As you grow in experience and demand, your price points will rise as well.

    Sell first, then create!

That is how you figure out your process and develop a framework for how you work. Every step of the way, you should be documenting what you’re doing and gathering testimonials and quotes from the people you help.

Step 5: Stay focus. Stay committed.

Entrepreneurs also tend to be big dreams. This rocks, and can even become your Achilles heel.

Hold that big vision, but remain focused on the tasks at hand.

No matter what, stay committed to seeing your vision through. On average, it takes five-seven years to master a skill. Allow room for grace and know that as long as you keep putting one foot in front of the other, your business will succeed.
