As promised, this is the Open-Heart Meditation!

It is a fabulous way to start your day. An open-heart connection is necessary when discerning Truth and when connecting to your own higher self, others, and the various realms of Spirit. You may want to return to this one again and again.  

May all beings have continually open hearts - that's what I say!

Little known fact about me:  My middle name is LaVonne.  When I was really young, I used to think it was Love On (!), like my own personal directive or life goal.  I do try to live up to my name.  And speaking of my name:  No, I did not make it up; it really is Constance (Love On) Messmer.  And I've had a few of my one-on-one clients call me Constantly Mesmerizing - which cracks me up.  I'm just the conduit.  But- let's all be conduits of love, shall we?!
