On this week's podcast, we talk about burnout - a familiar feeling going around the people at my school right now. I figured this would be a good time to talk about the idea of its own, as I've mentioned it in episodes like "Out of Love" or "Wholly Invested." We talk about what exactly burnout is, its causes & effects, and what we can do when we're going to or currently experiencing burnout. Although it could easily be perceived as a "mind thing," it's up to use to recognize, reverse and maintain resilience in times of burnout.
