It was so interesting to talk with Adam this last week. Hearing about his story was I think more thought provoking because it follows Julie's in Ep92, their stories are so different and thats one of the things I love about this podcast, getting to hear and share all these unique stories. Some are similar, some are vastly different, but every one is unique.

In this episode I sit down with Julie in another UK meets North America podcast.

Julie talks about her experiences and a vicious cycle of abuse. Starting as a child with an abusive mother, Julie's story and our discussions includes survival, writing, out of body experiences, talking to spirits, finding the confidence to talk about your own story and Julie's book 'This Does Not Leave This House'.

Julie's story includes experience not previous discussed on this podcast. It was interesting and thought provoking for me to hear about out of body and spirit experiences. If you have thoughts; I would love to hear them.

Jodie is back!

This episode myself and Jodie reflect back on the recent Time to Change Young Champions event, plus our thoughts and experiences of the day.
