It was really interesting to sit down and chat with Poppy about young people's mental health and how we can support more conversations, understanding and knowledge about mental health wellbeing, as well as illness.

Poppy's books 'Don't worry be happy' and "You're a star' have been written for children aged 7 to 11. But importantly there is plenty in the books to encourage the whole family to talk about mental health, including a range of activities and information about basic CBT and mindfulness.

After many months we are finally back!
