Open Mic Diary is a freestyle, unscripted, non traditional podcast. This is a safe space for me to freely and authentically share whatever is on my mind about what I am learning in my healing journey and various parts of my life- past and present. Each episode will embrace authenticity, vulnerability, my truth, and will be minimally edited. It will very much feel like you're listening in on a diary entry and occasionally I will share actual diary entries from my personal diary. This is also a creative space so I will share some of my art here as well. All that is me has permission to show up in this space so expect to get to know me holistically :)
