Starting in 1968 the U. S. Government has had a plan in place to round up mass amounts of citizens who they saw as a threat and put them in camps.

It started with Operation Garden Plot, moved in the 1980's into Rex 84 and new documents show that the CDC was planning to use this during the so called pandemic.
