As a Caregiver . . . what does your “normal” look like? I’ll bet that you have a whole new “normal” . . . interspersed with unexpected surprises . . . some, perhaps, not so pleasant! The goal is to stay the course, enroll the assistance of others and be ready to do whatever you may be called upon to do.
It is my hope that listeners may hear themselves reflected in my personal story and find comfort, good suggestions and solid tips that they may choose to apply to their own situation.
