As a CareGiver, there’s a lot to be said for “soul searching” . . . asking ourselves if we are holding on to anger or frustration while we are carrying out our tasks. If that is the case, we are not delivering the best possible “us” to the circumstance . . . and we cannot deliver the best possible care needed. Even beyond that, we may be actually creating more problems for everyone involved.
