Oracle is betting big on the cloud as global SaaS software, or software as a service, revenues are forecasted to reach 106B USD in 2016, increasing 21% over projected 2015 spending levels according to recent studies. Oracle realizes this potential growth and has recently hired 1000 new hires across the APAC region to support this momentum.
