Are you exhausted from constantly trying to perform, show up, and get it right? Do you secretly fear failure—even failure in your walk with God?
In this episode, Angela Nicole opens up about the hidden pressure to perform and how God lovingly called her to slow down… all the way down. Through a season of intentional rest, she discovered how performance pressure, fear, and unchecked thought patterns were quietly draining her peace, energy, and joy.
This episode invites you to pause, listen to your thoughts, and begin renewing your mind—starting with rest.
How performance pressure disguises itself as productivity and “being faithful.”
Why constantly saying yes while running on fumes leads to emotional and physical burnout
The connection between unchecked thoughts, internal attitudes, and shutting down
How fear of failing God can quietly fuel over-functioning
Why God cares more about the condition of your heart than outward performance
A powerful reflection on Psalm 4:4 and the spiritual discipline of stillness
For these reasons—and so many more—Angela created the Organize Emotional Stress Workshop.
In this live, faith-based workshop, you will:
Identify the major stressors in your life
Understand how you may be contributing to them
Create a clear, realistic plan to address stress without overwhelm or anxiety
Pray, plan, and expose spiritual warfare in a safe, supportive space
✨ By the end, your stress will drop, your clarity will increase, and your peace will be restored.

In this episode, we talk about anticipatory anxiety—that quiet but powerful cycle where your mind rehearses worst-case scenarios that haven’t even happened yet. Maybe you’ve imagined your marriage falling apart, your child making a life-altering decision, or your finances collapsing overnight. These thoughts pull your mind and body into fight-or-flight mode, leaving you emotionally exhausted and spiritually drained.
Sis, you are not alone—and there is another way.
Together, we explore how to reframe anticipatory anxiety through praise, joy, and fulfillment, instead of fear. I share practical insight, faith-based encouragement, and a gentle invitation to step out of survival mode and back into peace.
If your thoughts often run ahead of your life, this conversation will help you slow them down, understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with God’s truth over your mind.
✨ You don’t have to live bracing for impact. Peace is possible—even before circumstances change.

I want you to see worship as medicine. It has no co-pay or bill attached to it. It searches our hearts, and in God's presence, we are exposed. Not to shame us but to cover and fill us. Worship is Therapy. I know I am making bold statements; they are true. In today's episode, you will hear lyrics from my favorite Gospel artist, Fred Hammond. Choose worship instead of worry. Choose faith over fear and anxiety. God wants to set His gaze on your face. This is life-changing. Try Worship. Get your joy back, feel purpose, Calm overwhelm, and restore creativity. These are your benefits, to name a few.
In the meantime, here is a link to my next workshop, Organize Emotional Stress and Conflict. . This is where we can break all your stress down and put it in order and/or in its place.

We have an enemy that loves to attack and throw us off when we feel stressed. One of the ways he does this is with anxiety. When we reach the point from normal stress to full-on worry, the enemy is almost always lurking in the cut. We must recognize him, pay attention to our patterns, and learn how to catch it quickly before we get sucked into worry. This episode gives us 3 responses to this anxiety attack.

There are many times in life when relationships don't go well. This is particularly true when it comes to our moms. We do not have to stay in a place of pain and heartache or disappointment. It is time to heal so we can move on with life in an emotionally healthy way.
In this episode, I share my two non-negotiables when it comes to healing emotional wounds. We do not have to, and if I have a say so we will not walk around hurting, unhealed, and disappointed in life because of the unhealthy parenting we were exposed to. This is not a judgment of our moms. It is saying enough and it is time for me to move on and heal so that I can show up in life the way God truly intended. Looking forward to connecting with you.

Hi ladies, I’m Angela Nicole—mom, Gammy, minister, confidant, aunt, entrepreneur, and leader. I’ve been married twice and have raised eight children—six boys and two girls. I understand what it feels like to carry responsibility, expectations, and emotional weight all at once.
I exhausted myself. I fueled my anxiety. I watched my fears come true. And in the pursuit of being great, successful, wealthy, and significant, I lost precious emotional bonding time with my children.
After my life and family utterly crashed, I began to hear God differently. I realized I already had what I was striving for—but it needed to be defined His way. I returned to God’s blueprint, shifted my focus, repented for chasing the world’s version of success for my Christian life and calling, slowed down my ambitions, and allowed myself to heal what had quietly attacked my identity.
Sister, I made it through—and now it’s my turn to help you.
This podcast is where God’s voice meets your conflict.
Where His truth speaks into your stress and anxiety.
Where His will gently realigns your purpose.
We will cry. We will laugh. We will grow. We will experience breakthrough—unless I haven’t had my coffee that day… and that part won’t be your struggle 😄
Your sense of purpose is reachable.
Days not filled with anxious, racing thoughts are attainable.
A heart and mind no longer clouded by unhealed family experiences is necessary.
This podcast is your place.
Whether you’re walking, driving, working with headphones on, or cooking dinner, it’s time to slow down, tune in, and listen—so you can hear God speak directly to you. Not her. Not them. But you.
