OTB: FSU building up its Transfer Portal class

Florida State has, at this moment, put together a Top 5 class in the Transfer Portal. The emphasis on quality while blending experienced players with high-upside ones is a formula FSU has used successfully before, and it’s leading to good results so far in the rankings process.
