This week on the OTCB Podcast; after a long drawn put CBA negotiations NLL Commissioner Brett Frood is, like all us fans and players, ready to get the season started.

There wasn't much of an off season for Frood, the Owners and the NLLPA. What with dealing with the Knighthawks, FireWolves and Wings situations- but with all that behind us, it's time to play some lacrosse. Frood discussion some of the labour talks, the Unboxed initiative, major TV deals and more.
