Last summer, Crystal interviewed Rachel Myers, executive director of the Washington Low Income Housing Alliance. At the time, the Covid-19 pandemic had only been going on for a few months, and already people were wondering how they were going to stay in their own homes. For many, this question has still not been resolved.
